docs(FN-923): update README with all current features and capabilities

- Rewrite README to reflect current feature set including multi-project support, central database architecture, and hybrid executor runtime
- Document SQLite storage, WAL mode, auto-migration from legacy file-based storage
- Add sections for CLI usage, dashboard features, settings hierarchy, workflow steps, and model presets
- Cover archive cleanup, backup automation, stuck task detection, and badge WebSockets
- Remove outdated content and consolidate into accurate, comprehensive documentation
