FN-041: add chat message layout to Settings search

Make the conversation layout setting discoverable across Settings search presentations.

- Add the project-scoped chat message layout entry to the Appearance search index.
- Cover desktop, mobile, and embedded Settings search with regression tests.
- Add a patch changeset for the published Fusion package.
