fix(FN-4258): add changeset for task card GitHub icon anchor

- Add a patch changeset for @runfusion/fusion
- Document the dashboard task card update that anchors the GitHub linked/imported indicator to the bottom-right corner
- Preserve note of existing link behavior and accessibility metadata in release notes
