fix(FN-809): rebrand test ntfy notification from kb to Fusion

- Rename ntfy test notification title from 'kb' to 'Fusion' in dashboard routes
- Remove unused imports in engine triage module
- Move ntfy notification tests from engine to dashboard where the endpoint lives
- Clean up stale test file references in engine integration tests
