feat(FN-3842): finalize dashboard chat reattach and cleanup merge

- Isolate DocumentsView mobile styling while preserving dashboard UI behavior
- Add legacy chat stream reattach support across API routes and chat hooks with updated tests
- Remove tracked hermes runtime dist artifacts to prevent plugin autostash conflicts
- Rename the FN-3842 merge finalize changeset file and keep related changeset updates
