FN-6653: add GitHub issue analytics to Command Center
Add Command Center analytics for GitHub issue activity using local task-store data. - Aggregate filed and fixed GitHub issue counts by day and repository in core. - Expose the GitHub analytics endpoint and CSV export fields through dashboard routes. - Add a GitHub Command Center area with trend and repository visualizations. - Cover analytics aggregation, API responses, CSV output, and dashboard rendering with tests. - Document the dashboard GitHub analytics surface and add a patch changeset.
