Clarify Fusion Research subsystem positioning vs upstream pi-autoresearch.
Tightens user-facing copy on fn_research_* tool descriptions, the fn
research CLI help, and the dashboard Research view to remove false-friend
expectations with the autonomous experiment loop. No tool, type, table,
route, or schema renames. No behavior changes. Adds a naming decision
record at docs/research/naming-decision-2026-05.md.
