docs(KB-222): rebrand kb to Fusion across documentation and CLI

- Rebrand root README from kb to Fusion with updated descriptions
- Update CLI package README with Fusion branding
- Rebrand STANDALONE.md documentation to Fusion
- Update CLI help text to use 'fn' command reference
- Update pi extension descriptions and tool names for Fusion
- Add changeset for rebranding documentation
- Update dashboard ListView component and styles
- Remove obsolete store tests and ListView tests

Rebrand documentation and help text from "kb" to "Fusion"
All user-facing documentation, help text, and tool descriptions now refer to the product as "Fusion" and the CLI as `fn`. Internal identifiers (package names, task IDs, git branches) remain unchanged.
