### Agent Log Model Display
The dashboard Agent Log tab shows which AI models were used for each task, including:
- **Executor** — the model used to implement the task
- **Validator** — the model used to review code and plans
- **Planning/Triage** — the model used for task specification
The Planning/Triage model is resolved with the following precedence: runtime triage log marker (written by the engine during triage) → `planningProvider`/`planningModelId` settings → `defaultProvider`/`defaultModelId` settings. When no model can be resolved, the header shows "Using default".
