fix(FN-1778): resolve merge conflicts and typecheck errors

- Resolve conflict in TerminalModal.test.tsx by keeping helpful loadAddon comment
- Add clarifying comment in mobile WebGL skip test
- Fix pre-existing typecheck errors in SettingsModal.tsx
