test(FN-3814): stabilize initial-open scroll-to-bottom regression test

- Rename the first-open quick chat scroll test for clearer intent
- Install scroll descriptors before resolving deferred messages to capture initial isOpen behavior
- Assert the final scroll position reaches scrollHeight without brittle setter-count expectations
