test(FN-1752): fix pre-existing test failures for experimentalFeatures merge and WebGL addon assertions

- Update experimentalFeatures comment wording in store.test.ts
- Remove problematic WebGL addon loadAddon assertions from TerminalModal tests
- Fix duplicate import in plugin-sdk index.test.ts
