Fix flaky recoverIfCorrupt test across sqlite3 builds
Whether `sqlite3 .recover` can rebuild a given byte-level corruption is build-dependent — CI's sqlite3 returned "failed" (the safe outcome: leave the corrupt original untouched rather than swap in an unverified rebuild) where the local build returned "recovered".
