feat(KB-340): implement robust worktree recovery with retry logic

- Add retry logic with exponential backoff for worktree creation failures
- Implement health checks to detect and recover corrupted worktrees
- Add comprehensive test coverage for worktree recovery scenarios
- Improve error handling and logging for worktree operations
- Refactor executor worktree management for better resilience
