feat(KB-253): reorder size badge to far right in done column cards

- Move size badge to the rightmost position in TaskCard for done column cards\n- Maintain left-side placement for other columns (todo, in-progress)\n- Add unit tests to verify badge positioning based on column\n- Update badge order logic to use flex row-reverse for done cards
