fix(FN-872): fix mobile keyboard overlap in TerminalModal
- Detect real mobile keyboards via visual viewport resize events instead of relying on unreliable CSS env() variables - Handle bothPortrait and landscape keyboard orientations with appropriate padding adjustments - Add iOS Safari workarounds: scroll reset on open, touch-action isolation, inert body scroll blocking - Add comprehensive regression tests (432 lines) covering viewport resize, orientation changes, iOS Safari quirks, and edge cases - Update README with refined mobile keyboard handling documentation
