feat(KB-660): fix Git Manager modal rendering and responsive layout

- Fix Git Manager modal CSS layout and mobile responsive styles
- Add changeset for Git Manager modal fix
- Remove obsolete quick-entry-auto-expand changeset
- Clean up QuickEntryBox component styling
- Remove tests for removed auto-expand functionality
