FN-7307: add Activity segments to task details

Unify task-detail activity surfaces under one segmented Activity tab.

- Add Current, Feed, and Raw Logs segments inside the Activity tab while preserving legacy chat/logs entrypoints.
- Route log-based stall jumps and raw log loading through the new Activity segments.
- Update task-detail styles, plugin modal types, and tests for the segmented Activity layout.
- Add a minor changeset for the published CLI package.
