fix(FN-1371): replace placeholder MiniMax and Z.ai logos with real brand icons

Browse Source 
- Replace placeholder SVG content for MiniMax provider icon with authentic MiniMax branding
- Replace placeholder SVG content for Z.ai provider icon with authentic Z.ai branding
- Update ProviderIcon tests to reflect the new icon implementations
