feat(KB-318): add missing autoUpdatePrStatus and autoCreatePr settings fields

- Add autoUpdatePrStatus boolean field to ProjectSettings type
- Add autoCreatePr boolean field to ProjectSettings type
- Include changeset for patch version bump of @dustinbyrne/kb package
