Drops orphaned imports and the never-referenced V4 migration SQL constant
(V4 was inlined into runMigrations). Also drops the unused TypedEventEmitter
helper type and unused destructured values from stores.

SQLite was immediately returning SQLITE_BUSY when concurrent writes
collided (e.g., recordActivity firing from a timer during another write).
Adding a 5-second busy_timeout lets SQLite retry internally before failing.

The database was never properly closed on SIGINT/SIGTERM — WAL files were left
in a partially-written state causing "database disk image is malformed" errors.
Adds WAL checkpoint on close, synchronous=NORMAL pragma, SIGTERM handlers, and
a store.close() method that flushes all pending writes before exit.
