Fixed zoom-aware graph pan bounds in the dependency graph plugin, correcting edge-case behavior when the graph is zoomed or panned. Added regression tests for graph interactions and updated documentation to cover the corrected behavior.

The plugin's main `index.ts` re-exported `RoadmapDashboardView`, which chain-loaded `RoadmapsView.css` whenever the server imported the plugin (via `packages/dashboard/src/roadmap-routes.ts`). Under tsx/Node ESM this crashes fusion at startup with `ERR_UNKNOWN_FILE_EXTENSION`. The dashboard view is still reachable via the dedicated `./dashboard-view` subpath used by `registerBundledPluginViews`.
