Import picker now surfaces all open issues instead of a silent first-30
slice, and reliably closes linked/imported issues when their task reaches
Done.
Import:
- GitHubImportModal fetches up to 300 open issues in one request and pages
the result client-side at 30/page with Previous/Next controls, a page
indicator, and a truncation notice past the cap.
- NewTaskModal reference picker limit 30 -> 100.
- GitHubClient.listIssues pages the REST path (per_page loop until
limit/exhaustion; PR-filtering no longer stops paging early) and lifts the
gh path's 100 cap (gh --limit paginates internally); gh-CLI label filtering
fetches the full cap before client-side OR filtering.
Close-on-Done:
- GitHubTrackingReconciler.runSweep isolates its three reconcile passes so a
throw in one (e.g. the PG-backend deleted/archived pass) no longer starves
the done-task + source-issue passes. Previously all three shared one
try/catch with a silent swallow, so a single early throw disabled the whole
close-on-Done reconcile backstop on every sweep, leaving linked issues open.
Failures are now logged instead of hidden.
Tests: REST multi-page paging, PR-filter-doesn't-stop-paging, Prev/Next UI,
one-page (no controls), and per-pass isolation invariants.

gh pr/issue view --json comments returns only author.login (no type), and app-bot logins (coderabbitai, greptileai) lack the [bot] suffix — so every app bot was classified human. Fetch comments via gh api graphql with author{ __typename login avatarUrl } so authorIsBot = __typename === 'Bot' (any app bot by type, no hardcoded names); REST token-fallback already used user.type/[bot]. Output shape + avatars preserved.

Mirrors the PR detail pattern for issues: GitHubClient.getIssueDetail (gh issue view --json comments, REST fallback) + closeIssue (gh issue close, REST PATCH fallback); new POST /api/github/issues/detail + /issues/close routes. The Issues preview fetches comments on selection (cached, non-blocking) and renders them below the body; a Close-issue button in the preview header (open issues only) closes via the API, toasts, and reflects the closed state without dismissing the view.

New POST /api/github/pulls/detail endpoint + GitHubClient.getPullRequestDetail (gh pr view --json comments,statusCheckRollup, REST fallback). On PR select, the preview fetches detail (cached per PR, body never blocked) and renders below the body: a Checks section (each check name + status pill success/failure/pending/neutral, linked to detailsUrl) and a Comments section (chronological, markdown via MailboxMessageContent). Issues tab unchanged.

- GitHub import preview shows the full issue/PR body (markdown) + metadata (list already returned full bodies; removed client truncation).
- Task-detail main view: constrain width (no right cutoff); move 'Back to board' into the gray header far right.
- Dock pop-out: smoother touch drag (touch-action:none + captured-element listeners); popping out closes the dock but keeps the floating modal; modal survives dock dismiss.
- Remove duplicate inner headers in Git Manager / Activity Log / Dev Server / Secrets (dock + pop-out chrome already titles them); keep the title on mobile narrow; relocate gm Refresh into the section tab strip.
- Git Manager tabs: one scrollable row of compact icon-only tabs (max visible, scroll if needed).
- List quick entry is single-line (not tall) via singleLine prop; Board unchanged.

Implements the fix-or-disagree agent loop behind pr-respond: batched
one-run-per-cycle over actionable threads (filtering resolved/outdated/
self/bot), with prompt-injection delimiting of untrusted comment bodies,
viewer-authenticated anti-spoof markers, a pre-push secret scan, fast-
forward-only push (no force-push path) with non-ff abort+re-batch, reply+
resolve, commit-last thread-state persistence with marker+SHA crash
recovery (R15), and an iteration cap on responseRounds (R8). GitHub/git/
agent ops injected; engine stays dashboard-import-free. Adds GraphQL
getPrReviewThreadsDetailed + getViewerLogin to the client. 23 tests.

Adds the net-new GitHub primitives the PR nodes need: replyToReviewThread
and resolveReviewThread (GraphQL mutations, dual gh/API), an ETag-conditional
probePrChanged (304 is rate-limit-free, gates the reconcile deep-fetch), and
expectedHeadOid on mergePr (--match-head-commit / REST sha) raising a typed
PrStaleHeadError on a head-moved race so pr-merge can re-evaluate.

Review residuals #5/#7/#8/#11/#12 + #3 wiring: forward the configured GitHub
token to the abandon route's client; guard abandon against finalized/merged
groups; reconcile an open group PR's state from GitHub on single-group reads
(merged out-of-band now flips prState); add fn branch-group abandon for
agent-native parity; block branchName shell injection (execFile argv push +
core-side branch-name validation at group creation); and collapse the
branch-groups list N+1 to a single task fetch via a shared
filterTasksByBranchGroup helper.
Simplicity pass over the 8-unit diff: delete caller-less closeGroupPrCallback
(CLI), dead dashboard createGroupPullRequest/syncGroupPullRequest (+ their
builders/types/tests — production uses the CLI callbacks), and merge the two
CLI PR-body builders into one parameterized function. ~140 LOC of
parallel-but-unused code from isolated unit implementation.
Push the single group PR's body (member checklist, x/N landed) on each member
landing via an injected SyncGroupPrFn — new updatePr/closePr GitHubClient
helpers (gh CLI + API parity); refreshPrInBackground is task-scoped/wrong
direction and intentionally not reused. Sync failures are non-fatal+retryable;
out-of-band closed/merged PRs reconcile prState instead of erroring. New
POST /branch-groups/:id/abandon closes the PR best-effort and marks the group
abandoned. Also fixes the U5-introduced stub-context regression in the U4
dashboard bridge test (missing options).
Group promotion in PR mode previously flipped prState to 'open' without ever
calling GitHub — prNumber/prUrl were never populated. Add an injected
CreateGroupPrFn (mirrors the processPullRequestMerge seam, no engine→dashboard
import): coordinator creates-or-reuses exactly one PR per group, persists
prNumber/prUrl/prState, and leaves state untouched on GitHub failure so
re-promotion retries. Idempotent via persisted prNumber +
getBranchGroupByBranchName. Wired at all three CLI engine-construction sites
(daemon/dashboard/serve).
