Update @earendil-works/pi-coding-agent and @earendil-works/pi-ai from
^0.78.0 to ^0.79.1 across cli, engine, and dashboard. This brings in
Claude Fable 5 (claude-fable-5) on the Anthropic and Amazon Bedrock
providers.
Fusion's model picker is registry-driven (/api/models -> pi ModelRegistry,
filtered by provider, not model id), so Fable surfaces automatically for
users with Anthropic or Claude CLI auth configured — no Fusion-side model
list change needed.
Verified: all core packages typecheck clean against 0.79.1; boot smoke
(fn --help, /api/health 200, clean shutdown) passes.

`pnpm test` was dominated by a handful of merger and reliability-
interaction files that each spawn `mkdtemp` + `git init` + multiple
commits per test. Renaming them to `*.slow.test.ts` and routing them
to a new `engine-slow` vitest project moves them out of the default
local run.
Local `pnpm test` drops from 198s to 84s (~57% faster).
- `pnpm test` — engine-default + engine-reliability lanes only
- `pnpm test:slow` — engine-slow lane (4 files, 63 tests, ~37s)
- `pnpm test:all` — everything (for CI / verify:workspace)
Files moved:
- reliability-interactions/merge-reuse-task-worktree.test.ts (was 20.6s)
- merger-overlap-guard.test.ts (was 17.1s)
- merger-staging-allowlist.test.ts (was 11.8s)

Adds a per-machine singleton lock that engages in
ProjectEngineManager.createAndStart() before any engine subsystems
spin up. Two fn dashboard processes can no longer run engines for the
same project on the same host — previously they would share .fusion/
state and corrupt worktrees / task rows for in-process projects.
The guard combines two independent checks:
- A proper-lockfile file at <project>/.fusion/engine.lock with
stale-lock recovery (auto-released on process death).
- A loopback listener on a hashed per-project address — UDS on
POSIX, named pipe on Windows. Stale UDS files are probed and
unlinked before a retry bind.
Failures raise EngineAlreadyRunningError. Both guards are released
from stopAll() and pauseProject(); a release on engine.start()
failure lets retries re-acquire cleanly.
