7300bf54ce FN-7460: disable WebKit text scaling in terminals 
Disable WebKit terminal text scaling so iPhone Safari preserves exact xterm cell metrics.

- Set terminal xterm host subtrees to disable text-size adjustment instead of pinning it at 100%.
- Update terminal CSS contract coverage for modal and session terminal surfaces.
- Document the real-iPhone recurrence and add a patch changeset for the published CLI package.

c766bc9c95 FN-6811: keep terminal symbols out of xterm metrics 
Keep terminal symbol fonts scoped away from xterm's measured text stacks across modal and session surfaces.

- add a scoped symbols @font-face to the session terminal CSS chunk
- defensively strip the symbols font from resolved xterm font-family presets
- expand modal, session, and CSS regression tests for symbols-free measurement and scoped glyph fallback
- document recurrence #6 and the remaining real-device iOS Safari verification gap

Extend the dashboard CSS token guard and replace stale custom-property references with defined design tokens.

- Add a dashboard-wide CSS token validity test that scans component/app CSS for undefined custom-property references.
- Include dashboard CSS tests in the dashboard Vitest config and document the guard in testing guidance.
- Remap undefined CSS variables across dashboard components and command-center styles to existing semantic or local tokens.

Stabilize terminal font metric remeasurement across mobile and attach surfaces.

- Add a shared terminal font metric wait helper that falls back from full font stacks to concrete individual font families before remeasurement.
- Reapply font options, refit, resize, and refresh SessionTerminal after font metrics settle to cover attached CLI terminals.
- Pin text-size adjustment on xterm measurement subtrees so mobile WebKit cannot inflate ASCII cell metrics.
- Extend terminal preference and rendering tests, documentation, and changeset coverage for the recurrence.

- update PullRequestView.css state, banner, error, and disagreement styles to use CSS variables with existing rgba fallbacks

- exclude out-of-scope Board.canDropTask.test.tsx changes from the squash merge
