Add a React Flow (@xyflow/react) based WorkflowNodeEditor: a lazy-loaded modal
with a workflow list, a node palette (prompt/script/gate/merge-boundary),
drag-to-connect edges, a per-node inspector, and save with compile-validation
that surfaces non-linear graphs as a banner. Pure irToFlow/flowToIr mapping
round-trips the v1 IR plus editor layout. Reachable via a Graph editor button in
the Workflow Steps manager; mounted in AppModals behind a new modal-manager
flag. Adds a vendor-reactflow Vite chunk and a feature changeset.
Initialize the browser i18next instance with lazy per-locale catalog loading,
localStorage->navigator->htmlTag detection, script-aware zh fallback, and the
shared @fusion/i18n config. Catalogs are synced from @fusion/i18n into a
gitignored app/locales/ (predev/prebuild) and imported app-relative so Vite
emits one chunk per locale/namespace (verified: 15 chunks, none inlined into
the main bundle). First paint is gated on i18nReady to avoid raw-key flashes;
<I18nextProvider> wraps the App provider stack; vendor-i18n manualChunk added.
A build-assertion script (verify:locale-chunks) guards the KTD3a splitting
invariant. Fallback/namespace behavior is covered by @fusion/i18n config tests;
the live instance is verified via the build assertion rather than a unit test
(the dynamic catalog backend is impractical to exercise in vitest).

The dashboard dynamically imports `@fusion-plugin-examples/dependency-graph/dashboard-view`, which resolved through the plugin's package.json exports to `dist/`. When plugin source was edited without rebuilding, stale `dist/` (extensionless ESM imports) made the import throw and the UI surfaced "Bundled plugin view unavailable". Add vite/vitest aliases mapping the plugin (and its `/dashboard-view` subpath) to `src/` so the dashboard never depends on `dist/`. Mirrors the existing pattern for hermes/openclaw/paperclip runtimes. Also extends the runtime-plugin alias regression test, and emits `.js` extensions from the plugin source for the CLI-bundled path.

Restores build stability in the dashboard workspace by updating `vite.config.ts` and `Board.tsx`, while updating the routes-auth test fixtures from anthropic to github-copilot models.

- Add useMobileScrollLock hook using position:fixed body lock (Bootstrap/
Headless UI/Stripe pattern) to prevent iOS Safari from shifting the
document and visualViewport when an input inside a fixed-position modal
is focused. Wire into 15 input-bearing modals plus ChatView, replacing
ChatView's inline body-overflow effect.
- Widen computeBuildVersion in vite.config.ts to hash the entire app/ tree
so the version-check poll actually notices rebuilds (FN-3333 follow-up;
previously only main.tsx and package.json were hashed).
- ChatView: on input blur, suppress keyboard-aware sizing for 450ms while
reserving mobile-nav-bar space, so the composer snaps to its final
height in one move instead of crawling down with iOS's keyboard slide
and then jumping again when the nav bar reappears.

Fixes spurious new-version reloads by making the build version deterministic using the git hash and adding a 60-second cooldown to the version check. Includes unit tests for the version check logic.

Builds now emit version.json + a __BUILD_VERSION__ define. The client
re-checks the remote version on visibilitychange/focus and reloads on
mismatch, so a backgrounded tab doesn't hit a 404'd hashed chunk and
surface "'text/html' is not a valid JavaScript MIME type" when opening
Settings. ErrorBoundary catches stale-chunk errors as a safety net.

and exits before session creation with reason 'task_closed'

Vite's dev server was returning HTML error pages instead of JS for
dynamically imported @xterm/* modules, causing 'text/html is not a
valid JavaScript MIME type' failures during terminal initialization.
