8bc3d7b0a5 FN-6042: raise dependency security floors 
Harden dependency floors and update the Vitest toolchain to patched releases.

- upgrade workspace vitest and @vitest/coverage-v8 dependencies to the 4.1 line across packages and plugins
- pin transitive protobufjs via pnpm overrides and lockfile updates to patched versions
- adapt Vitest configs, engine test helpers, and security-floor coverage for the new dependency baselines
- add the published CLI changeset and related workspace/package metadata updates included in the task branch

6ade858235 FN-5824: add MiniMax-M3 support examples 
Update MiniMax model references to MiniMax-M3 across runtime UI, docs, and tests.

- Update Hermes and OpenClaw model input placeholders to show MiniMax-M3 examples
- Refresh Hermes runtime README and CLI parsing comment examples to MiniMax-M3
- Adjust dashboard usage test expectations from MiniMax-M* to MiniMax-M3
- Add Hermes runtime adapter coverage to ensure MiniMax-M3 is passed through unchanged

fe8c186527 feat(FN-3998): add task lineage commit associations API, UI, and tests 
Adds task lineage commit associations: a new API route stores and exposes which commits belong to which task, the `TaskChangesTab` surfaces these lineage links visually, and documentation covers the reconciliation model. Includes comprehensive tests for both the route and component.

a04fefd234 feat(FN-3858): untrack plugin dist artifacts to unblock autostash 
Removes committed `dist/` build artifacts from `fusion-plugin-hermes-runtime` and `fusion-plugin-openclaw-runtime` (56 files, ~2200 lines deleted), unblocking autostash during rebase by ensuring compiled output is no longer tracked in git.

72691c6fd6 fix(dashboard): write ChatView visualViewport vars imperatively 
The mobile composer/footer slid over the message list when the user
swiped with the keyboard up. Cause: --vv-height / --vv-offset-top were
routed through React state via useMobileKeyboard, so on iOS — which
fires visualViewport scroll/resize on the same frame as its keyboard
animation — the .chat-thread translation lagged by one paint, visible
as the composer momentarily floating over messages.

Now those two vars are written imperatively in a useLayoutEffect
directly to the .chat-thread DOM node on every visualViewport event,
mirroring the working pattern at QuickChatFAB.tsx:1032-1052 (which
already works correctly on mobile). Only --keyboard-overlap (a
structural open/close signal, not per-frame) still flows through
React state.

2ca67c02f2 feat(FN-3612): preserve fusion context in hermes runtime skill forwarding 
Merges five commits implementing centralized runtime skill forwarding that preserves Fusion context across the Hermes runtime layer. The engine's `agent-runtime` and `agent-session-helpers` were updated to forward skills at runtime, with `runtime-adapter.ts` and its types extended to carry context.

1aa1e723f6 chore(build,test): split desktop/mobile from default build; share vitest worker budget 
- pnpm build now excludes @fusion/desktop and @fusion/mobile by default
  (recursive build still available as pnpm build:all). Saves time on
  workspace-wide builds that don't need the native shells.
- Hoist the per-package max-worker computation into a shared
  packages/core/src/__test-utils__/vitest-workers.ts util. Every
  vitest.config.ts now calls computeMaxWorkers(), which honors
  VITEST_MAX_WORKERS, FUSION_TEST_TOTAL_WORKERS, and a per-config
  defaultCap, clamped to cpus-1.
- pnpm test sets VITEST_MAX_WORKERS=2 so the workspace run keeps total
  fan-out modest with --workspace-concurrency=2.
- Switch dashboard vitest pool from forks to threads so jsdom/React
  suites share a V8 heap instead of duplicating ~500MB per worker.
