3a9bee20bd fix(FN-1287): standardize dashboard API error responses 
- Add shared ApiError class and response helpers for consistent error shape
- Migrate routes and mission-routes handlers to use standardized API errors
- Update server error middleware, rate limiter, and node metrics error handling to use shared helpers
- Expand dashboard tests with ApiError coverage and standardized response assertions
- Add a changeset documenting the @gsxdsm/fusion patch for API error shape standardization

a48232c91c feat(FN-1116): add Capacitor plugin managers for dashboard 
- Add shared plugin types and manager modules for splash screen, status bar, and network handling
- Export plugin initialization from the dashboard entrypoint and configure Capacitor splash/status-bar defaults
- Add unit tests covering plugin initialization and each manager's behavior across supported scenarios
- Document the plugin manager architecture and add required Capacitor plugin dependencies

- Add BadgePubSub interface with Redis and in-memory adapters

- Implement cross-instance badge snapshot delivery via Redis pub/sub

- Add message validation, echo loop prevention, and structured caching

- Support graceful fallback to in-memory mode when Redis unavailable
