Migration (multi-agent sweep over 216 files, 60 batches):
- Every user-visible dashboard + TUI string moved to t() with the exact
English inline default (en rendering byte-identical)
- Catalogs merged from per-batch fragments: en/zh-CN/zh-TW/fr/es now
carry ~5,930 keys each across common/app/errors/cli namespaces;
CLI bundles regenerated (6 locales incl. ko)
Integration fixes:
- 18 type errors: reserved {{count}} interpolations renamed, malformed
plural call, hand-rolled t-param types replaced with TFunction<"app">
- 23 lint errors: superseded label constants/helpers removed
- ExecutorStatusBar hook-order violation (keyboard-open early return
moved below hooks)
- TUI tests wrapped in I18nextProvider (uninitialized fallback renders
literal {{placeholders}}); dashboard vitest.setup boots a minimal en
i18next instance for the same reason
Known WIP (next commits): ~457 residual strings across 50 batches,
Korean drafts for swept keys, and a dashboard test-suite pass that is
still being stabilized (~283 failures under investigation — fake-timer
waitFor interaction, likely stale node_modules vs merged lockfile).

- Replace dynamic await import("@fusion/engine") in the agent-import route
with a static top-level import. The dynamic form is banned by the FN-3049
engine-import-regression test (bundler safety); my earlier reply mistook the
file's @fusion/core dynamic-import convention for a uniform rule — the
regression only forbids @fusion/engine. Verified the test now passes.
- AgentImportModal: capture and render dry-run `warnings` in the preview step
so the custom-role safeguard is shown BEFORE the import runs, not only after.
Adds a regression test for the preview warning.

Importing a catalog ("company") agent assigns role "custom", which the
scheduler never auto-assigns mission/queue work to. Combined with a
model/provider that rejects the "developer" system role, this surfaced as
an invisible, repeating failure loop (GitHub #1261).
- pi.ts: treat an unsupported message-role rejection as a model-selection
error so a configured fallback model is tried once (single-swap guarded)
before the task is marked failed.
- mission-autopilot.ts: block a mission feature immediately on an
operator-actionable failure instead of burning the retry budget
re-running the same cryptic error.
- mission-routes.ts: preflight mission start — when ephemeral agents are
disabled and no eligible executor exists, fail fast with an actionable
message instead of queueing tasks forever.
- agent import route + AgentImportModal: warn when only custom-role agents
are imported and no executor exists.
- agent-assignment.ts: extract shared listEligibleExecutorAgents helper.

- Add useMobileScrollLock hook using position:fixed body lock (Bootstrap/
Headless UI/Stripe pattern) to prevent iOS Safari from shifting the
document and visualViewport when an input inside a fixed-position modal
is focused. Wire into 15 input-bearing modals plus ChatView, replacing
ChatView's inline body-overflow effect.
- Widen computeBuildVersion in vite.config.ts to hash the entire app/ tree
so the version-check poll actually notices rebuilds (FN-3333 follow-up;
previously only main.tsx and package.json were hashed).
- ChatView: on input blur, suppress keyboard-aware sizing for 450ms while
reserving mobile-nav-bar space, so the composer snaps to its final
height in one move instead of crawling down with iOS's keyboard slide
and then jumping again when the nav bar reappears.

- Hermes / OpenClaw plugin index.ts now re-export `probeHermesBinary` /
`probeOpenClawBinary` and their status types so the dashboard's
`runtime-provider-probes.ts` façade can import them via the public
package entry instead of deep paths.
- Dashboard `package.json` adds `@fusion-plugin-examples/hermes-runtime`,
`…/openclaw-runtime`, `…/paperclip-runtime` as workspace deps so
pnpm symlinks them into `packages/dashboard/node_modules/`. Without
these, the new probe imports failed with "Cannot find module" during
`pnpm typecheck`.
This clears 6 of the 9 outstanding typecheck errors. The remaining 3 are
in the in-flight Hermes plugin rewrite (runtime-adapter still imports
from a deleted `./pi-module.js`; the new `index.ts` calls a factory
with the wrong arg type) and should be resolved by the same change set
that landed the rewrite.

Split app/styles.css from ~40k lines down to ~4.5k. Created 56 co-located
component CSS files in app/components/, each imported by its owning .tsx.
The remainder of styles.css holds genuinely global rules (design tokens,
.btn/.card/.modal/.form-input primitives, cross-component @media overrides).
- Lazy-load 13 heavy views (AgentsView, RoadmapsView, NodesView, etc.) via
React.lazy + Suspense; prefetch all chunks on idle so first navigation is
instant. Initial JS bundle: 1.58 MB → 1.16 MB (-26%). Initial CSS bundle:
635 kB → 471 kB (-26%); the rest splits into 13 per-view chunks.
- Add app/test/cssFixture.ts exposing loadAllAppCss() + loadAllAppCssBaseOnly()
so CSS regression tests load the full per-component bundle (mirroring Vite
source order). Migrate 30+ tests off direct readFileSync('../styles.css').
- Enable test.css: { include: [/.+/] } in vitest.config.ts so component CSS
imports actually inject styles in jsdom (fixes getComputedStyle assertions).
- Add ESLint rule (no-restricted-syntax) banning direct styles.css reads in
dashboard test files; points at loadAllAppCss() instead.
- Restore lost utility classes (.text-muted, .text-secondary, .text-dim,
.form-input) and rescue dropped chat tool-call rules into QuickChatFAB.css.
- Mobile fixes along the way: scroll containment for view containers
(min-height:0 + -webkit-overflow-scrolling), QuickChatFAB full-screen on
mobile (with safe-area-inset for iOS home bar), AgentsView single-row
header layout, ActivityLogModal close button on right, model-combobox
z-index above the mobile quick-chat panel.
- Bug fix: SkillsView toggle was display:none which hid the input from the
accessibility tree; replaced with the visually-hidden pattern so screen
readers + getByRole still find the checkbox.
- Bug fix: standalone Delete button in TaskDetailModal for triage-column
tasks (Actions dropdown is hidden in triage state, so previously no way
to delete a freshly-created task without status change first).
