getUnifiedTaskProgress reads task.workflowStepResults (graph-written in U2) and
no longer needs workflowStepNameLookup — names come from result.workflowStepName.
Removed the lookup prop + fetchWorkflowSteps-name plumbing end-to-end (App,
MainContent, RightDock, Board, Column, Lane, WorktreeGroup, TaskCard). Added the
running state (pending + startedAt) and a distinct advisory_failure (amber, non-
blocking) vs failed (red) treatment; advisory_failure counts as complete.

ce-code-review (5 personas) on Phase A. No P0; the workspace-root-removal path
was ruled out and the contract changes verified additive. Applied:
P1: fn_acquire_repo_worktree now catches WorkspaceRepoAcquireBusyError (and
generic failures) and returns a sanitized retryable isError instead of an
uncaught throw into the agent loop; runContext is forwarded so audit/log keep
attribution. Per-repo acquired worktree paths are now registered into the
executor's activeWorktrees Set (via an onAcquired callback) — previously the Set
only held the browse-only root, making the U1 per-repo liveness invariant hollow.
Post-acquire identity-guard install and base-SHA capture are now non-fatal
(log-and-continue): a hook/branch failure no longer strands the on-disk worktree
(the worktree is usable without the guard; an undefined baseCommitSha is already
an accepted state).
P2: the KTD3 settings-strip also strips settings.baseBranch (resolveFromSettings
falls back integrationBranch → baseBranch, so a shared baseBranch leaked); the
workspaceWorktrees write re-reads the task fresh before merging to avoid a
sibling-repo clobber on sequential acquires (store-level atomic merge deferred to
Phase B); the busy-path logging is wrapped so it can't mask the busy error; the
TaskCard memo compares key-sets not counts; the stuck-kill no-op for workspace
tasks is now logged; the exclusivity check-then-act synchrony is documented.
Residuals (Phase B): per-repo worktree teardown, orphan-scan coverage, reaper
dedup, store-level atomic merge.
Gate green: typecheck, lint, build, test:gate (649+58), affected (25 + TaskCard 251).

Workspace tasks (no task.worktree, populated workspaceWorktrees) now render in
existing task views without crashing or going blank. New read-only
WorkspaceWorktreesSummary component (placeholder "N repos acquired" + a flat
repo→worktree/branch list — within the "doesn't look broken" ceiling, not a rich
status UI); TaskCard and TaskDetailModal nil-guard on isWorkspaceTask. Single-repo
rendering unchanged. CONCEPTS.md notes workspace-task merges are non-atomic
(repos land independently on local integration refs; partial-land is local and
operator-resettable). Tests 8/8; TaskCard regression 251/251.

Swiping across the board to scroll horizontally was intermittent when the
gesture started on a task card. Cards render with native HTML5 `draggable`
for desktop drag-to-move, but native DnD does not function via touch — the
attribute only arms the browser's touch-drag heuristic, which non-
deterministically hijacks horizontal swipes meant to pan the board.
Disable native drag on touch-primary devices (`(hover: none) and
(pointer: coarse)`) via a new `useCoarsePointer` hook, folded into the
card's `isDraggable`. Mouse/desktop and hybrid laptops keep drag-to-move;
touch loses nothing (DnD never worked there) and panning is now reliable.

Resolves the onLoad conflict in the compound-engineering plugin by keeping both
the bundled ce-* persona-def install (this branch) and main's
recoverStaleSessionsForContext call.

- executor: sentinel resume now guards on !live.paused (mirrors
runAwaitInputNode) so a still-paused task can't consume a reply and re-enter
the skill early.
- TaskCard: make the Answer-questions button text/title/aria-label fallbacks

- ce-work: replace the unshipped `skill: ce-worktree` reference with the real
git worktree commands so Option B can't dead-end.
- ce-resolve-pr-feedback: invoke bundled scripts by absolute path via the new
FUSION_CE_SKILLS_DIR env (sessions run with cwd=projectRoot); add the Fusion
await-input sentinel path instead of AskUserQuestion for workflow steps;
normalize whitespace-only review bodies like PR comments.

When a task is awaiting-user-input, the card shows a prominent
"Answer questions" button that opens the task detail on the workflow
tab, where the existing WorkflowResultsTab input banner renders the
question (parsed from the workflow-input: pausedReason U6 sets) and
resumes the task on submit. Widen onOpenDetailWithTab to accept the
"workflow" tab across App/Board/Lane/WorktreeGroup/TaskCard. Render-
gating tests + CSS added.

Migration (multi-agent sweep over 216 files, 60 batches):
- Every user-visible dashboard + TUI string moved to t() with the exact
English inline default (en rendering byte-identical)
- Catalogs merged from per-batch fragments: en/zh-CN/zh-TW/fr/es now
carry ~5,930 keys each across common/app/errors/cli namespaces;
CLI bundles regenerated (6 locales incl. ko)
Integration fixes:
- 18 type errors: reserved {{count}} interpolations renamed, malformed
plural call, hand-rolled t-param types replaced with TFunction<"app">
- 23 lint errors: superseded label constants/helpers removed
- ExecutorStatusBar hook-order violation (keyboard-open early return
moved below hooks)
- TUI tests wrapped in I18nextProvider (uninitialized fallback renders
literal {{placeholders}}); dashboard vitest.setup boots a minimal en
i18next instance for the same reason
Known WIP (next commits): ~457 residual strings across 50 batches,
Korean drafts for swept keys, and a dashboard test-suite pass that is
still being stabilized (~283 failures under investigation — fake-timer
waitFor interaction, likely stale node_modules vs merged lockfile).

Embed a colon-free epoch watermark in the marker so only post-pause steering
comments count as the reply (ISO timestamps collided with the colon

- gate nodes without a registered runner now fail closed (throw) instead of
silently passing.
- a thrown interpreter error in maybeExecuteWorkflowGraph now falls back to the
legacy pipeline instead of stranding the task in-progress.

- persist+cascade workflow selection: purge task_workflow_selection rows and
compiled workflow_steps on physical task deletes; migration 105 cleans
already-orphaned rows; catch-cleanup for materialized steps when the owner

duplicate/misordered seams).
