- Add a shared runtime logger contract and dashboard runtime logger implementation for structured diagnostics
- Route dashboard CLI/runtime logs through the TUI sink and replace ad-hoc console diagnostics in server paths
- Update CLI and dashboard tests to assert structured runtime logging behavior across sync and error flows
- Document the structured logging architecture updates and include a changeset for @runfusion/fusion
- Add shared test setup helpers that always build dashboard client assets before assertions run
- Remove skip-gated build-output tests and make CLI/dashboard suites deterministic by owning artifact setup
- Enforce hashed vendor chunk naming checks for vendor-react and vendor-xterm in generated assets
- Verify copied CLI client index references real built chunks and does not contain the dashboard stub marker
- Log explicit warning details when pre-merge `git rebase --abort` cleanup fails
- Keep merger fallback behavior intact so smart/AI merge still proceeds after rebase issues
- Add merger tests covering successful abort execution in the task worktree after rebase conflict
- Add regression test asserting abort failure warnings include stderr details while merge continues
- Define --surface-hover in :root and add a light-theme override using semantic color-mix values
- Replace scattered var(--surface-hover, ...) fallbacks with direct var(--surface-hover) references across dashboard styles
- Add status-colors theme tests that assert the token contract in root/light blocks
- Add a regression check to prevent reintroducing per-rule --surface-hover fallback overrides
- Add `["@runfusion/fusion", "runfusion.ai"]` to changesets `fixed` so
future changesets bump both packages to the same version number.
- Catch up `runfusion.ai` from 0.0.8 to 0.1.1 so the fixed group starts
from an aligned baseline; changelog entry notes the rationale.
No functional change to the alias package (`index.js` is unchanged).

- Update AgentLogViewer to anchor scroll position when new streamed entries prepend while the user is reading older logs
- Keep live-follow behavior near the top and avoid false scroll adjustments when loading older history
- Add focused auto-scroll regression tests covering near-top follow, anchored reading, and history pagination cases
- Improve log readability styling by using theme tokens and consistent text color for normal and thinking log lines
- Resolve release changelog conflicts and retain both existing 0.1.1 notes and FN-2300 changelog entry
- Update AgentImportModal preview to preselect all agents and skills, support per-item toggles plus select-all/clear controls, and keep directory preview enabled when parsed files exist.
- Send selectedAgents and selectedSkills from paste, directory, and browse import flows, with dynamic import CTA labels and guardrails when nothing is selected.
- Extend /agents/import to accept selection filters, allow skill-only imports, and parse downloaded company archives directly without shell tar extraction.
- Expand dashboard import tests to cover directory parsing, subset selection, browse-mode skill visibility, and related UI/style assertions.
- Restore full-suite CLI test reliability by adding workspace alias mappings in vitest config and retrying slow cross-platform binary help probes.
On iOS Safari/PWA, tapping the terminal opened the on-screen keyboard but
keystrokes were silently dropped. After the earlier CSS fix (afba4ce2) the
helper textarea now covers the terminal surface and iOS focuses it natively
on tap — but the bubble-phase onPointerDown/onTouchStart handler kept
re-focusing xterm + the textarea and calling setSelectionRange during the
touch gesture. That is the same class of re-focus-mid-gesture that the
prior commit identified as disrupting iOS input attribution; moving from
capture to bubble phase wasn't enough.
- Early-return from handleTerminalGestureFocus on
(hover: none) and (pointer: coarse), so iOS handles focus with no JS
interference.
- Desktop (fine pointer) keeps the existing behavior because the textarea
stays 1x1 off-screen and still needs programmatic focus on canvas click.
- Add a regression test covering the no-op path with the media query mocked.

- Add a task-store logger and funnel activity listeners through a shared helper that logs source-event failures
- Replace silent catches with structured warn/error logs for workflow default resolution, title summarization, fs.watch, and polling paths
- Preserve best-effort behavior for activity recording and async summarization while attaching actionable error context
- Expand TaskStore tests to validate logging behavior for activity insert failures, listener rejections, workflow fallback, and watch/poll error handling
- Replace free-text Reports To input with a manager select populated from fetched agents
- Exclude the current agent from manager candidates and preserve unknown manager IDs as a fallback option
- Save selected manager IDs through updateAgent, including clearing reportsTo when No manager is selected
- Expand AgentDetailView settings tests for manager selection behavior and increase task document cascade test timeout stability
The dashboard TUI Logs tab only showed the handful of lines emitted
through DashboardLogSink directly. Everything from @fusion/engine
(scheduler, executor, triage, merger, PR monitor, heartbeat, etc.)
logs via createLogger() which writes straight to console.error —
bypassing the sink. Under the TUI's alt screen those writes either
overdrew the frame or scrolled off, leaving the Logs tab near-empty.
DashboardLogSink now offers captureConsole() / releaseConsole():
while the TUI is running, console.log/warn/error are intercepted
and routed into the ring buffer. A leading `[prefix]` tag is
extracted so entries carry the subsystem name. Original console
functions are restored (by identity) on TUI shutdown.

On Node builds whose bundled node:sqlite was compiled without
SQLITE_ENABLE_FTS5 (older 22.x LTS), `fn dashboard` crashed on first
run with `Error: no such module: fts5` during schema migration 21.
Database and ArchiveDatabase now probe FTS5 at startup via a disposable
virtual table. When unavailable, migrations 21 and 35 skip the tasks_fts
DDL, ArchiveDatabase skips the archived_tasks_fts block, and
TaskStore.searchTasks / ArchiveDatabase.search fall back to LIKE scans
over id/title/description/comments with ESCAPE-aware patterns.
Set FUSION_DISABLE_FTS5=1 to force the fallback on runtimes where FTS5
is available but undesirable (e.g. reproducing fresh-install behavior
in tests).

- Tokenize settings pane horizontal spacing and margins in styles.css
- Add symmetric gutters so section headings align consistently across the settings modal
The Plugin Manager section had a global .settings-section-heading { margin: 0; }
rule that was unintentionally removing margins from all settings pane headings,
not just plugin detail headings. Scoped the rule to .plugin-settings-form so
other settings panes inherit the base spacing again.

- Refine plugin manager layout states by reusing shared settings empty-state styling and removing redundant local heading markup
