7d20a997b9 FN-5872: clear active-session registry on PR cleanup 
Ensure PR-mode merge cleanup removes stale active-session registry state before deleting worktrees.

- unregister the task worktree from the active-session registry during merged-task artifact cleanup
- export the active-session registry from the engine entrypoint for lifecycle cleanup usage
- add CLI and engine regression coverage for registry cleanup and missing-entry best-effort behavior
- add a patch changeset for the published CLI package

Connect branch_group metadata through planning and merge execution for grouped integration branches.

- propagate `branchGroup` and `branchGroupName` through core store types, merge metadata, and CLI task lifecycle APIs
- add merge coordination that computes branch-group plans and routes grouped tasks via `group-merge-coordinator`
- extend finalize-plan, merger, and reliability tests to cover grouped merge routing and integration behavior

8fdadb0795 fix(cli): push per-task branch to origin before creating PR; drop dead autoCreatePr 
In PR-mode, processPullRequestMergeTask called gh pr create --head
fusion/<task-id> without ever pushing the branch to origin. PR creation
failed and the task stalled in in-review — and combined with the
recover-mergeable-review sweep bug, the stalled task got force-merged
locally instead. Push the branch via git push -u origin <branch>
immediately before createPr (skipped when an existing PR already covers
the branch).

Also remove the dead autoCreatePr setting: defined as a default in the
schema and Settings type but never read anywhere.
