docs/solutions learning, and add an "Engine Singleton Lock" entry to
CONCEPTS.md: a failed per-machine lock acquisition is proof an engine is
running elsewhere, not "no engine."

Resolve conflicts from main's analytics schema additions (plugin
activations, per-model token buckets) against the PR's contract-assertion
type column:
- db.ts: renumber behavioral-verification migration 124 -> 126, bump
SCHEMA_VERSION to 126 so it follows main's migrations 124/125
- core/roadmap tests: adopt main's SCHEMA_VERSION-constant assertions
instead of stale literal 124
- test-quarantine.json: keep all four quarantine entries from both sides

Widens the stranded-done recovery branch so a reaped task-less validating/done
feature is re-driven to a terminal verdict instead of stalling its slice forever
(closes the reaper->slice-deadlock P0). Adds a Surface Enumeration + adversarial
re-drive reliability suite (git-clean, no duplicate Fix Features, terminal
verdict, no deadlock) gating release. Updates missions docs + CONCEPTS for the
default-to-fail posture, non-mutating verification, and inconclusive verdict.
Adds changeset.
Turn on the workflow rollout flags by default and update docs/tests for the new opt-out behavior.
- default workflowColumns, workflowGraphExecutor, workflowInterpreterDualObserve, and workflowInterpreterAuthoritative to enabled in global settings
- update workflow docs and concepts to describe explicit flag-off overrides instead of default-off rollout gating
- remove redundant demo/test setup that manually enabled workflow columns and keep characterization coverage for both enabled and disabled states
- add a changeset for the published CLI package documenting the default-on workflow rollout

Both sides bootstrapped CONCEPTS.md — kept main's broader structure (Missions,
Merge lifecycle, CE sessions) and folded the branch-group vocabulary into its
Merge-lifecycle cluster (enriched Shared branch group + Self-healing sweep;
added Branch assignment mode, Landed, Group promotion). Union-merged core
index/store imports; took main's AGENTS.md discoverability wording. Also adds
execFile to the two child_process test mocks that only stubbed exec (the
coordinator's argv-based git calls now require it).
Document the FN-5937 files-changed inflation root cause in
docs/solutions/ and add the Branching & diff attribution cluster
(Integration branch, Fork point, Rebase-and-push, Contamination)
to CONCEPTS.md.

First docs/solutions/ learning: synthetic groupIds, mock-masked engine wiring,
and side-effect-free state flips (PR #1357 post-mortem). Seeds CONCEPTS.md with
the branch-group domain vocabulary and surfaces both knowledge stores in
AGENTS.md reference docs.
- runFeatureValidation now lazy-ensures a linked assertion (FN-5902) instead
of the removed zero-assertion auto-pass, for both task-completion and the
stranded-feature recovery path
- CONCEPTS.md: union of main's Merge-lifecycle cluster and this branch's
Missions clusters; Contract Assertion entry updated for FN-5902 semantics
