11fb9f1325 merge main: per-column agent assignment (binding validation, policy-escalation handshake, override notes) into workflow editor consolidation 
Resolved 4 conflicts preserving both feature sets:
- WorkflowNodeEditor.tsx: kept card-node/edge/dialog/dirty-guard/auto-layout/
  onboarding/template/AI-edit features; wired main's columnAgentsEnabled flag
  gate, override-column agent registry load, and policy-escalation save retry
  (finishSave helper wraps both update payloads).
- WorkflowNodeEditor.test.tsx: kept U2/U4/AI-design describes plus main's U6
  column-agent describe; merged api mock + import lists.
- register-workflow-routes.ts: merged import sets (design DI seam + column-agent
  validators).
- agent-tools.ts: strip-approval-flags and column-agent binding assertion now
  both run in create/update tools.

59364e7c58 Address PR review feedback round 2 (#1432) 
- R10 kill-switch: workflowColumns flag now gates the execution path (resolver
  installation + resume pass 2), making the documented rollback real
- resolver: skip parse candidates whose templateNodeId doesn't exist under the
  foreach (disambiguation guard)
- editor: reset the project-scoped agents cache on projectId change
- tests: kill-switch inertness, defer→own-settings release, candidate skip

e421774f6a feat(core): column agent IR schema, validation, and effective-agent resolver 
U1+U2 of the column-agent plan: WorkflowColumnAgent on WorkflowIrColumn
(defer/override), template-subgraph column validation, v2-only-feature
registration, plugin-sdk type parity, and the shared core resolver with
instanceNodeId format ownership moved to core.

4426eb8d74 Fix Settings plugin installs registering unloadable directory paths 
Plugins installed from Settings → Built-in Plugins registered the
manifest directory as the plugin path, but since FN-4128 the loader
requires a loadable entry FILE (Node ESM cannot import directories),
so enabling failed with "Plugin entry must be a file, got directory".
Only the CLI startup path had been migrated to entry-file resolution,
which is why CLI-auto-installed plugins worked and Settings installs
never did.

- Add resolvePluginEntryPath (bundled.js → dist/index.js →
  src/index.ts) to @fusion/core; the CLI keeps its local copy (its
  test fs mocks don't reach externalized core) with sync comments
  both ways.
- Register the resolved entry file in both dashboard install routes;
  400 with a clear message when a package has no loadable entry.
- Heal legacy directory-path registrations on enable, mirroring the
  CLI's startup heal, so existing broken rows recover from the UI
  without a restart.
- Route tests: assert installs register entry files, cover the
  enable-route heal, and update existing install tests to the
  entry-file contract.

- GET /api/step-parsers + registry-backed parser select (plugin parsers reachable from editor)
- translate new workflowNodes/workflowFields strings across all 5 non-en locales

Extend operational log retention pruning to cover agent runs and config revisions.

- prune completed agentRuns by endedAt while preserving in-flight runs
- prune old agentConfigRevisions by createdAt while always keeping each agent's latest revision
- document the expanded retention behavior and add regression coverage for pruning invariants

- db.ts: restrict migration-105 orphan-step cleanup to JSON arrays
  (json_type guard so json_each can't expand objects/strings)
- project-engine.ts: requestInterpreterMerge throws on null task lookup
  instead of casting null into MergeResult (seam converts to clean failure)
- executor.ts: truncate dual-observe shadow stage walk at the live terminal
  stage so healthy in-review tasks don't record a phantom merge transition

07489e5820 fix(core): finish deferred agentLogEntries drop when migrations 103+ outrun it 
Migration 102 defers the destructive agentLogEntries drop until TaskStore
copies legacy rows to JSONL and writes the __meta guard, then relies on a
second init() pass gated on schemaVersion < SCHEMA_VERSION. Migrations
103-105 bump the version to 105 on the first pass, so the second pass never
fired and the legacy table survived forever. Make the drop version-independent
in migrate() and trigger the re-init whenever the legacy table remains.

Also pin secrets-schema.test.ts to String(SCHEMA_VERSION) instead of the
hardcoded "102" string the schema bump invalidated.

cd0e3e26d6 test: prevent Linux-CI git hangs (no prompt/editor/pager) 
Extends the test-setup git hardening. The engine --shard=2/2 worktree-heavy
reliability suite was hanging in CI (progressing healthily, then ~2 min of
silence before the job timeout killed it with no test failure) — the signature
of a git command blocking on an interactive prompt. A dev macOS git config
suppresses these; a bare Linux CI git does not. Disable terminal credential
prompts (GIT_TERMINAL_PROMPT=0), the editor (GIT_EDITOR=true), and the pager
(GIT_PAGER=cat) for every test process so no git invocation can block on a TTY.
