FN-6208: sync workflow settings across nodes
...
Synchronize workflow setting values through node settings sync.
- Include workflow settings in settings payloads, diffs, status responses, and API types.
- Apply inbound and pulled workflow settings through the TaskStore while ignoring rejected setting ids.
- Add core, route, hook, API, and Nodes view coverage for workflow settings sync behavior.
- Add a patch changeset for the published Fusion package.

feat(i18n): round-2 sweep — 488 residual strings migrated, markup fidelity restored ( #1352 )

- 51 fix agents covered every dirty batch from the round-1 verifiers:
helper-function labels (roles, statuses, relative time), constant
label maps (SETTINGS_SECTIONS, PROVIDER_INFO, EVENT_TYPE_LABELS),
TUI help overlay + tab labels, toasts, placeholders, aria-labels
- Inline markup flattened by round 1 restored with <Trans>
(DbCorruptionBanner storage-docs link, UpdateAvailableBanner code chip)
- Catalogs merged: +527 en keys across 5 locales; CLI bundles + app
locale tree regenerated (6 locales)
- All 23 sweep-caused test regressions fixed: delta vs the clean-main
baseline is now zero (remaining 4 local failures reproduce identically
on origin/main; CI-green upstream)
- typecheck/lint clean; TUI 82/82, core locale 9/9

- Update node management UI components to use shared form/button classes, semantic color tokens, and accessible interactions
- Refine mesh topology rendering and related dashboard tests for improved readability and behavior coverage
- Adjust discovery routes to reuse injected centralCore instances without unnecessary init/close cycles
- Add/extend tests for shared CentralCore discovery flows and model settings scope save behavior

refactor(dashboard,desktop,engine): remove unused imports, props, and locals
...
Clears the remaining no-unused-vars warnings across the dashboard app and
server, desktop main, and engine sources. Dead React state destructures are
collapsed to setter-only, unused props are underscore-prefixed to preserve
API shape, and unreferenced catch bindings are dropped. No behaviour change.
