Document the user-facing artifact registry workflow from agent tools through dashboard discovery and storage behavior.

af06170a51 FN-6778: add agent artifact registry tools 
Adds engine and chat tools for registering, discovering, and viewing artifacts with inbox notifications.

- Add fn_artifact_register, fn_artifact_list, and fn_artifact_view tools for heartbeat, executor, and chat sessions.
- Send best-effort dashboard system inbox notifications when artifacts are registered.
- Classify artifact tools for action gating and coordination exemptions, with coverage for executor, heartbeat, permanent agent, and chat flows.
- Document the artifact registry behavior and update package metadata, quarantine ledger, and line-count baseline.

7d312b416d docs: capture engine singleton-lock learning (EngineAlreadyRunningError != no engine) 
Document the false "engine not running" banner root cause and fix as a
docs/solutions learning, and add an "Engine Singleton Lock" entry to
CONCEPTS.md: a failed per-machine lock acquisition is proof an engine is
running elsewhere, not "no engine."

40cea655b8 Merge main into validator behavioral verification 
Resolve conflicts from main's analytics schema additions (plugin
activations, per-model token buckets) against the PR's contract-assertion
type column:
- db.ts: renumber behavioral-verification migration 124 -> 126, bump
  SCHEMA_VERSION to 126 so it follows main's migrations 124/125
- core/roadmap tests: adopt main's SCHEMA_VERSION-constant assertions
  instead of stale literal 124
- test-quarantine.json: keep all four quarantine entries from both sides

91180fb15b feat(engine): recovery/reaper safety audit + close reaper slice-deadlock (U7) 
Widens the stranded-done recovery branch so a reaped task-less validating/done
feature is re-driven to a terminal verdict instead of stalling its slice forever
(closes the reaper->slice-deadlock P0). Adds a Surface Enumeration + adversarial
re-drive reliability suite (git-clean, no duplicate Fix Features, terminal
verdict, no deadlock) gating release. Updates missions docs + CONCEPTS for the
default-to-fail posture, non-mutating verification, and inconclusive verdict.
Adds changeset.

0b7549a534 FN-6126: enable workflow experimental flags by default 
Turn on the workflow rollout flags by default and update docs/tests for the new opt-out behavior.

- default workflowColumns, workflowGraphExecutor, workflowInterpreterDualObserve, and workflowInterpreterAuthoritative to enabled in global settings
- update workflow docs and concepts to describe explicit flag-off overrides instead of default-off rollout gating
- remove redundant demo/test setup that manually enabled workflow columns and keep characterization coverage for both enabled and disabled states
- add a changeset for the published CLI package documenting the default-on workflow rollout

11fb9f1325 merge main: per-column agent assignment (binding validation, policy-escalation handshake, override notes) into workflow editor consolidation 
Resolved 4 conflicts preserving both feature sets:
- WorkflowNodeEditor.tsx: kept card-node/edge/dialog/dirty-guard/auto-layout/
  onboarding/template/AI-edit features; wired main's columnAgentsEnabled flag
  gate, override-column agent registry load, and policy-escalation save retry
  (finishSave helper wraps both update payloads).
- WorkflowNodeEditor.test.tsx: kept U2/U4/AI-design describes plus main's U6
  column-agent describe; merged api mock + import lists.
- register-workflow-routes.ts: merged import sets (design DI seam + column-agent
  validators).
- agent-tools.ts: strip-approval-flags and column-agent binding assertion now
  both run in create/update tools.

d1cd8b6ed8 merge main: unify CONCEPTS.md vocabularies and reconcile core exports 
Both sides bootstrapped CONCEPTS.md — kept main's broader structure (Missions,
Merge lifecycle, CE sessions) and folded the branch-group vocabulary into its
Merge-lifecycle cluster (enriched Shared branch group + Self-healing sweep;
added Branch assignment mode, Landed, Group promotion). Union-merged core
index/store imports; took main's AGENTS.md discoverability wording. Also adds
execFile to the two child_process test mocks that only stubbed exec (the
coordinator's argv-based git calls now require it).

7348e35a11 docs: capture observable-agent-turns architecture pattern and seed CE session vocabulary 
ce-compound learning from the live-output/steering work: push-channel-
alongside-pull-contract, void-safe detached turns, inactivity watchdog,
transient liveActivity + persisted trace, replay suppression. Also adds a
"Compound Engineering sessions" cluster to CONCEPTS.md and refreshes the
plugin reference doc's Sessions section with the new transport behaviors.

1b83317cfe docs(solutions): document branch-group single-PR silent breakage; seed CONCEPTS.md 
First docs/solutions/ learning: synthetic groupIds, mock-masked engine wiring,
and side-effect-free state flips (PR #1357 post-mortem). Seeds CONCEPTS.md with
the branch-group domain vocabulary and surfaces both knowledge stores in
AGENTS.md reference docs.
