b0c42974d0 fix(engine): correct parameter order in runVerificationCommand after merge 
Reorder backend/timeoutMsOverride params so timeoutMsOverride remains at
position 10 (matching callers in executor.ts, merger.ts from main).
Update mission-verification.ts call sites to pass undefined for
timeoutMsOverride before the isolating backend argument.

78bd016743 fix(merge): resolve merge conflicts with origin/main 
- Renumber behavioral verification schema migration from 118→124
  (main added migrations 118-123 for usage_events, knowledge_pages,
  deployments/incidents, token usage, source-issue closure, LOC stats)
- Combine backend + timeoutMsOverride params in verification-utils.ts
- Accept main's quarantine rescue for AI-merge suites (FN-6433)
- Update schema version assertions to 124 across test files

b6ac5f2e51 FN-6608: bound engine verification runs 
Add durable engine-level guardrails for verification command timeouts.

- Add project-level verificationCommandTimeoutMs settings plumbing and docs.
- Enforce configured verification budgets and hard caps in executor and merger verification paths.
- Detect marathon verification commands, soft-cap them by default, and require allowFullSuite for explicit full-suite runs.
- Cover timeout defaults, marathon detection, and guidance updates with engine/core tests.

1bb8cea9f9 Address PR review feedback (#1666) 
- mission-execution-loop: preserve judge "blocked" verdict (don't downgrade to fail), clear validation timeout, backfill omitted linked assertions, notify autopilot "blocked" on exhausted retry budget
- mission-verification: pass selected sandbox backend explicitly to fix concurrent global-override race (fail-closed isolation); distinguish infra outcomes (timeout/abort) from real test failures so they stay inconclusive
- mission-store: validate run-to-feature ownership before fix-feature dedup/creation
- settings-sync routes: persist pulled global settings via store; qualify workflow field keys with workflowId
- useNodeSettingsSync: drop redundant ?? {} guard (backend always emits diff.workflowSettings)
- driver(agent-browser): map only Playwright TimeoutError to "absent" in observe(); other faults -> inconclusive
- vitest.config: remove redundant engine-core exclude (quarantine lives in engine-default)
- tests: tighten timeout verdict assertion to inconclusive; remove duplicate schema-version assertions
- save-split: document why customProviders is excluded (persisted via dedicated provider routes)

4090076c4d fix(engine): disable Corepack download prompt in verification spawns 
Non-TTY children spawned by the verification runner hung until the hard
timeout when Corepack prompted before fetching a pinned packageManager
version. Set COREPACK_ENABLE_DOWNLOAD_PROMPT=0 in the spawn env so the
fetch proceeds (or fails fast) without waiting on stdin.

be7be0957d feat(FN-3345): fix lint and typecheck issues in engine verification-utils 
Cleans up lint and type errors in the engine by removing unused imports from executor and merger, and replacing `any` types with proper type annotations in verification-utils.
