FN-043: add canonical thinking levels for custom providers
...
Custom-provider models now expose the full thinking-level selector and faithfully transmit the selected effort.
- Register all canonical thinking levels and preserve provider-specific API dialects.
- Remove the redundant reasoning toggle and update provider status and settings documentation.
- Add dashboard, engine, and provider registration coverage for thinking-level behavior.
- Add a minor changeset for the published CLI package.

fix(dashboard): keep mobile nav visible on Android landscape and during keyboard
...
- Broaden mobile media query to include (max-height: 480px) so landscape
phones (which exceed 768 CSS px wide) still render the bottom nav and
mobile board layout instead of desktop horizontally-scrollable columns.
- Guard useMobileKeyboard against pinch-zoom (vv.scale > 1) — Android
Chrome ignores user-scalable=no, and a focused textarea + zoom was
false-positiving keyboard-open and hiding MobileNavBar.
- Read documentElement.clientHeight instead of stale window.innerHeight
when computing keyboard overlap (Android multi-window can leave
innerHeight cached at a wildly different value than the actual layout
viewport — observed 2848 while html was 797).
- Add interactive-widget=resizes-content to the viewport meta so Android
Chrome shrinks the layout viewport with the soft keyboard, matching iOS.

- Add custom provider CRUD routes (`POST/GET/PUT/DELETE /api/custom-providers`) with auth validation and storage in `~/.fusion/settings.json`; registers via `register-custom-provider-routes.ts`
- Add `CustomProviderForm` component for user-defined provider configuration (endpoint URL, API key, model ID); includes dedicated CSS
- Add custom provider section to `SettingsModal` under the "Models" tab with provider list and add/disable controls
- Add custom provider selection to `ModelOnboardingModal` onboarding flow so new users can use their own endpoints
- Add changeset (`custom-openai-anthropic-providers.md`) for `@runfusion/fusion` minor release
- Add unit tests for `CustomProviderForm`, `ModelOnboardingModal`, `SettingsModal`, custom-provider routes, and `useTasks` hook; update existing mocks
