- parseInsightsContent: only top-level bullets (column 0 on the raw line) start
a new insight; indented sub-bullets stay inside their parent insight with
indentation preserved, so counts no longer inflate

- parseInsightsContent: append continuation lines to the previous bullet so
multiline insights render in full instead of truncating after the first line
- .memory-insight-item: white-space: pre-wrap so continuation breaks display
- regression tests for per-bullet parsing, counts, and multiline continuations

- parseInsightsContent stripped bullet prefixes before filtering for them, so every
insights category rendered as one blob and counts were wrong (5 shown vs 84 real)
- drop dead GET /memory and GET /memory/stats mount fetches from useMemoryData and
stop refetching the file list on every file selection
- Memory view: full-width layout, accent tabs, 2-column Engines card grid, remove
duplicated capability badges, correct spacing-token-as-font-size rules
- Todos: single-row items with quiet inline action cluster (stacked on narrow/mobile)
- Insights: flat card list (no card-in-card), 28px/16px actions muted until hover
- Agent Memory tab: shared FileEditor (CodeMirror) for memory files, per-section save
actions, distinct inline-toggle aria-labels, fix {{date}} i18n interpolation

- Working/Insights/Engines tabs now render a centered 960px content
column instead of leaving the right half of wide viewports empty.
- The file editor's collapsed chevron-only toolbar (an unlabeled mystery
control) now always shows its labeled actions in MemoryView.
- 'Process dreams' / 'Auto-summarize memory' rows share one aligned
layout, sentence case, and a tooltip explaining dream processing.

Normalize these main-content views onto the shared ViewHeader (icon + CC-style title; existing header controls moved into the actions slot). Tests updated for the new header markup (95 pass).

Migration (multi-agent sweep over 216 files, 60 batches):
- Every user-visible dashboard + TUI string moved to t() with the exact
English inline default (en rendering byte-identical)
- Catalogs merged from per-batch fragments: en/zh-CN/zh-TW/fr/es now
carry ~5,930 keys each across common/app/errors/cli namespaces;
CLI bundles regenerated (6 locales incl. ko)
Integration fixes:
- 18 type errors: reserved {{count}} interpolations renamed, malformed
plural call, hand-rolled t-param types replaced with TFunction<"app">
- 23 lint errors: superseded label constants/helpers removed
- ExecutorStatusBar hook-order violation (keyboard-open early return
moved below hooks)
- TUI tests wrapped in I18nextProvider (uninitialized fallback renders
literal {{placeholders}}); dashboard vitest.setup boots a minimal en
i18next instance for the same reason
Known WIP (next commits): ~457 residual strings across 50 batches,
Korean drafts for swept keys, and a dashboard test-suite pass that is
still being stabilized (~283 failures under investigation — fake-timer
waitFor interaction, likely stale node_modules vs merged lockfile).

This merge consolidates several improvements across the dashboard, engine, and CLI: mobile nav now extends into iOS safe area, done columns sort by recency with merge-active state preserved, agent views gain collapsible error displays, per-project HeartbeatMonitor isolation is fixed for multi-projec

This merge lands six commits that overhaul ListView split-pane UX across the dashboard and add an agent runs tab to both the ListView and AgentDetailView, with auto-expand behavior when a run is selected. It also fixes overflow issues in the workspace selector (desktop) and clamps long labels in the

- Extend useMemoryData with triggerDreamNow and dreamRunning state by locating and invoking the Memory Dreams automation
- Add Dream Now actions to MemoryView and SettingsModal memory settings with loading UI, success/error toasts, and file refresh in MemoryView
- Expand hook and component tests to cover dream-trigger visibility and execution flows in both views
- Update terminal mobile keyboard layout CSS contract expectations for the current mobile modal width and min-height rules
- Reset memory backend status to unresolved during fetches so stale capabilities are never treated as authoritative
- Gate MemoryView read-only and qmd warning states on resolved backend status and add an explicit checking state for qmd availability
- Update SettingsModal memory editor gating so writes remain enabled while backend status is still loading, then enforce resolved read-only state
- Expand dashboard tests for useMemoryBackendStatus, MemoryView, and SettingsModal to lock in loading, warning, and refresh behavior
Sweep 3 of the styles.css split. Five settings-related blocks moved out of
the monolith into a single co-located SettingsModal.css. styles.css 3304 →
2509 (–795 lines).
Blocks moved:
- /* === Settings Layout === */ (194 lines)
- /* === Notifications Settings === */ (28 lines)
- /* === Memory Settings === */ (112 lines)
- /* === Auth Provider Cards === */ +
/* === Provider Connection Status === */ (165 lines combined)
- /* === Settings: Model Presets === */ (93 lines)
- Settings lane badges + descriptions (~27 lines)
Mobile @media rules whose selectors matched the moved blocks were also
migrated into SettingsModal.css's mobile block.
Kept global with documented reasons:
- .auth-status-badge (and color modifiers) — consumed outside settings by
ModelOnboardingModal and ClaudeCliProviderCard.
- .settings-empty-state, .settings-muted, .settings-loading — broad reuse
across BackendConnectionErrorPage, PluginManager, MemoryView etc.
Cross-component imports added: MemoryView.tsx and ModelOnboardingModal.tsx
now import SettingsModal.css to reach memory-* / auth-provider-card classes
they consume.
Test: settings-mobile.test.tsx had two assertions that incorrectly matched
literal pixel values; updated to the actual var(--space-*) token values
present in the rules. Verified live in browser (settings + memory tabs
render cleanly).
styles.css total reduction across the three sweeps: 4551 → 2509 (–45%).

Split app/styles.css from ~40k lines down to ~4.5k. Created 56 co-located
component CSS files in app/components/, each imported by its owning .tsx.
The remainder of styles.css holds genuinely global rules (design tokens,
.btn/.card/.modal/.form-input primitives, cross-component @media overrides).
- Lazy-load 13 heavy views (AgentsView, RoadmapsView, NodesView, etc.) via
React.lazy + Suspense; prefetch all chunks on idle so first navigation is
instant. Initial JS bundle: 1.58 MB → 1.16 MB (-26%). Initial CSS bundle:
635 kB → 471 kB (-26%); the rest splits into 13 per-view chunks.
- Add app/test/cssFixture.ts exposing loadAllAppCss() + loadAllAppCssBaseOnly()
so CSS regression tests load the full per-component bundle (mirroring Vite
source order). Migrate 30+ tests off direct readFileSync('../styles.css').
- Enable test.css: { include: [/.+/] } in vitest.config.ts so component CSS
imports actually inject styles in jsdom (fixes getComputedStyle assertions).
- Add ESLint rule (no-restricted-syntax) banning direct styles.css reads in
dashboard test files; points at loadAllAppCss() instead.
- Restore lost utility classes (.text-muted, .text-secondary, .text-dim,
.form-input) and rescue dropped chat tool-call rules into QuickChatFAB.css.
- Mobile fixes along the way: scroll containment for view containers
(min-height:0 + -webkit-overflow-scrolling), QuickChatFAB full-screen on
mobile (with safe-area-inset for iOS home bar), AgentsView single-row
header layout, ActivityLogModal close button on right, model-combobox
z-index above the mobile quick-chat panel.
- Bug fix: SkillsView toggle was display:none which hid the input from the
accessibility tree; replaced with the visually-hidden pattern so screen
readers + getByRole still find the checkbox.
- Bug fix: standalone Delete button in TaskDetailModal for triage-column
tasks (Actions dropdown is hidden in triage state, so previously no way
to delete a freshly-created task without status change first).
