Keep the task-detail Activity view picker usable during mobile iOS opening taps.
- Add a short visualViewport opening guard for the root-portaled Activity views menu while preserving normal close behavior afterward.
- Reset menu position and guard state consistently on outside click, Escape, selection, task changes, and tab toggles.
- Cover the iOS visualViewport echo, portal/CSS contract, and documentation plus a patch changeset.

Keep the task Activity view selector visible without blanking the mobile tab strip.
- Portal the Activity view menu to the document body and clamp its fixed position to the visual viewport.
- Close and refocus the menu safely across task changes, scrolling, resizing, keyboard selection, and outside clicks.
- Add regression coverage for mobile clipping, tab-strip preservation, and the changeset release note.

Keep the task detail tab strip scrollable on desktop without shrinking tab labels.
- move horizontal tab-strip scrolling and momentum styles into the base .detail-tabs rule
- keep .detail-tab items from shrinking at all viewport sizes so overflow remains scrollable
- add a CSS contract test for the base tab strip behavior and extend task detail API mocks with refreshPrStatus
