Add workflow nodes for mid-flow user reach-out and early exit from a workflow run.
- Add `ask-user` IR node kind that reuses the await-input park/resume mechanism and surfaces the question in the task chat for brainstorming/clarification.
- Add `exit-gate` IR node kind that terminates the workflow early, with an optional condition.
- Wire both node kinds through the engine executor and workflow-node-handlers, including a new exit-gate-runner.
- Update the WorkflowNodeEditor palette, node summaries, and node help text for the two new node types.
- Extend workflow-flow-mapping to support the new node kinds.
- Keep `prompt`+`awaitInput` as a back-compat alias.
- Add core/engine/dashboard tests covering the new node kinds.
- Document the new nodes in docs/workflow-steps.md.
- Add changeset for the new minor feature.

Render and author optional-group as a third group-container kind beside
foreach/loop: register the node type (OptionalGroupNode) so it renders with a
header + defaultOn badge and parentId template children, treat it as a group
everywhere in workflow-flow-mapping (irToFlow children, flowToIr template
reassembly, cascade-delete, condition-editable), add a palette entry, and an
inspector defaultOn toggle. Includes a node-help entry and round-trip / toggle /
cascade-delete tests.

Add a per-node Help section to the workflow editor's node detail pane:
description, configuration, inputs, outputs, and edges for every node
kind. Keys off the effective kind (preserved IR kind) so graph-only
policy nodes — auto-merge gate, branch-group member integration /
promotion, PR and recovery nodes — get specific help instead of reading
as a generic merge/gate/hold, and are flagged "Engine-managed".
