0863c0fb58 feat(dashboard): auto-translate foreign-language GitHub issues on import (#2141) 
## Why

The Import Tasks panel routinely lists issues in languages the operator
cannot read. Translation already shipped in #2128, but deliberately
**opt-in and preview-only** — its header comment read *"Translation is
opt-in (never automatic) so import provenance stays faithful until the
operator asks."*

This reverses that decision **behind a default-off setting**, so
operators who never opt in keep byte-faithful import provenance. The
superseded comment is kept and annotated rather than deleted, so the
reason the rule changed stays in the code.

### The structural gap #2128 left

`POST /github/issues/import` accepts only `{owner, repo, issueNumber}`
and **re-fetches the issue server-side**. A translation held in React
state could never reach the created task, and the in-memory cache died
with the modal. That is why the cache here is server-side rather than in
the hook — it's what makes "imported issues carry the translated
version" actually true.

## What operators get

Auto-translate is **off by default**. When enabled:

- The **50 most recent OPEN** foreign-language issues translate on panel
load — **list titles**, not just the preview, so the list reads in your
language before you click anything.
- Translations show **by default**, with a toggle back to the original
(hover a translated list title to see the original).
- Translations **persist until the issue closes**, so re-opening the
panel neither waits nor re-bills.
- **Both single and batch import** carry the translation, so the created
task reads like the preview you approved.
- A **target language** setting (unset = follow the dashboard language)
and a dedicated **model lane**, so you can pin a cheap/fast model
without dragging the summarization lane onto it.

allowlist entry that could mask a real coverage gap.

e9f14bf024 perf: speed up local pnpm build and cap stacked verifications (#2134)

7261083781 fix(dashboard): isolate MCP settings scopes (#2116)

7246df22f6 FN-7944: add setting to keep task popups attached to their Board/List view 
Adds an opt-in project setting so open task-detail popups stay attached to the Board or List view where they were opened, instead of floating over every main-content view.

- New project setting taskPopupsBoardListOnly (default: off) in settings-schema.ts and ProjectSettings type, with default preserved via settings-defaults tests.
- usePoppedOutTasks now stores each popup's originating TaskView alongside its task snapshot (PoppedOutTaskEntry), keeping legacy tasks output for existing callers.

f7e942e6f4 fix: resolve all full-suite failures + add structural mock-completeness gate check (round 10) (#2040)

module evaluation.

**How it works:**
1. Extracts named exports from each barrel
(`packages/dashboard/src/index.ts`, `packages/engine/src/index.ts`)
2. For each test file with a hardcoded `vi.mock` factory (no
`importOriginal`/`importActual` spread):
- Resolves source files the test covers (static + dynamic imports,
convention mapping)
   - Extracts what those source files named-import from the barrel
- Resolves spread helpers (e.g. `...workflowAuthoringEngineMock`) by
reading the helper's exported keys
- Reports any barrel exports that are named-imported by source but
absent from the mock

**Why this fixes the recurring pattern:** Every round 1–9 failure was a
new barrel export imported by source but missing from a test mock. This
check catches it at gate time, before merge — not after the full-suite
fails on main.

Also completed all 15 latent mock gaps the guard found on first run (9
dashboard + 6 engine), including expanding the centralized
`workflowAuthoringEngineMock` helper with all `extension.ts` named
imports.

4397cafb94 fix: wire push-after-merge into the unified runAiMerge path with remote/branch dropdown settings 
pushAfterMerge was only implemented in the soft-deprecated legacy aiMergeTask
pipeline, so after master-plan U0 made runAiMerge the sole merge path the
setting silently did nothing and origin fell permanently behind local main.

- runAiMerge now runs a post-finalize push step: working-tree-independent
  ref-to-ref push fast path; on remote divergence a detached clean-room
  pull --rebase (with AI conflict resolution) pushes HEAD and CAS-advances
  the local integration ref (explicit non-FF opt-in, push path only), then
  runs merge-advance auto-sync and refreshes mergeDetails.commitSha.
- Push failures stay non-fatal (task finalizes done) with push:origin
  run-audit events and PushToRemoteFailed task-log entries.
- Merge settings: Push Remote free-text replaced by remote + target-branch
  dropdowns (Custom… escape, free-text fallback when no remotes), persisting
  to the same pushRemote setting string. New GET /api/git/remotes/:name/branches
  endpoint lists remote-tracking branches.

393aca0ff2 feat(dashboard): expose build timeout & insight extraction settings in the UI (#1935) 
### Problem
Two settings that already exist in the `Settings` schema and are honored
by the engine have **no control anywhere in the dashboard UI**:

- `buildTimeoutMs` — max time for build/verification commands (default
`300000` = 5 min)
- `insightExtractionEnabled` (+ `insightExtractionSchedule`) — periodic
extraction of durable insights from completed tasks into memory

Because there's no UI, the only way to change them is to hand-edit
`config.json` — but that has to be done with the app fully closed, since
the running app rewrites `config.json` from its database on
reload/shutdown and silently clobbers live file edits. That's a
confusing footgun (edits appear to "not stick"), and 5 minutes is too
low a build timeout for large monorepo / Docker builds.

### Change
Expose both via controls that mirror the existing patterns in the same
sections — no schema, route, or persistence changes needed (the keys
already flow through `form`/`setForm` → `updateSettings`).

- **Scheduling section:** "Build/Verification Timeout (minutes)", placed
next to the existing "Stuck Task Timeout (minutes)", using the same
minutes↔ms conversion.
- **Memory section:** "Enable Insight Extraction" checkbox + conditional
cron "Schedule" field, placed next to the existing Auto-Summarize
controls (matching how `insightExtractionSchedule` is already documented
in `types.ts`).

Both use the existing `t(...)` i18n fallback style used throughout these
sections.

### Scope note (feedback welcome)
Both live in their existing **project-scoped** sections (Scheduling,
Memory), which is the natural home. If maintainers want these settable
as **global/user defaults** too, I'm happy to add a global-defaults
counterpart in a follow-up — just wanted to keep this PR focused and
non-duplicative.

### Testing
- Both keys are pre-existing fields on the `Settings` type
(`buildTimeoutMs?: number` at `packages/core/src/types.ts`;

the additions are type-safe.

9df13c7ffa fix(dashboard): garbage-collect stale SWR caches and add Clear local data button 
Stale SWR hydration entries (per-chat-session/per-room message caches up to
500KB each) were never garbage-collected — readCache returned null for stale
entries but left the bytes on disk, and nothing swept abandoned caches. This
caused localStorage quota exhaustion for users with many projects and chat
sessions.

Three fixes:
- readCache now lazily deletes stale entries (behavior-preserving; every
  reader already treats stale as a miss and re-fetches)
- Boot sweep pruneStaleCacheEntries() in DashboardLoader removes any
  kb-dashboard-* entry older than 24h before hydration hooks read caches
- Settings > General "Browser Data" panel with a Clear local data button
  that wipes all Fusion-owned browser data while preserving the auth token

Also completes the vitest localStorage mock (was missing length/key).

40b44e40b9 fix: enforce ephemeralAgentsEnabled across the workflow engine 
Add TaskExecutor.blockOuterDispatchWhenEphemeralDisabled, gating all three
workflow dispatch paths (graph / authoritative / work-engine) on
ephemeralAgentsEnabled at the top of execute(). Previously the toggle was
enforced only on the legacy scheduler/EphemeralWorkerManager path — whose
onTaskStart spawn refusal is a fire-and-forget callback that runs after
execution begins — so unassigned tasks reaching execute() off a non-scheduler
path still ran. Unassigned tasks are now re-queued for permanent-agent
assignment; permanent-agent-bound tasks still run. Adds regression coverage
across all three entry points.

Also includes the ephemeralAgentsCanCreateTasks project setting (default on)
gating fn_task_create for ephemeral callers in both the pi extension and the
executor task-worker tool.
