ea0707c573 FN-7264: add opt-in absolute file-browser paths 
Add an opt-in project setting that lets the workspace file browser use slash-prefixed absolute paths while preserving existing confined defaults.

- Add the allowAbsoluteFileBrowserPaths project setting, docs, and changeset release note.
- Thread absolute-path validation through workspace file-browser listing, editing, file operations, and downloads without widening other path APIs.
- Add Settings UI controls and keep settings-specific file pickers project-relative.
- Cover absolute-path browsing, percent-literal paths, root navigation, and settings picker behavior with tests.

c9cd9284d7 fix: project-scope terminal, file browser, agent execution, and heartbeat monitor 
- TerminalService: use per-project instance map instead of destructive singleton
- File browser: thread projectId through API functions, hooks, and components
- Workspace file editor: pass projectId to read/write operations
- Agent heartbeat: guard execution with project scope validation
- Agent runs/stop: validate heartbeatMonitor matches scoped project
- CLI dashboard/serve: pass rootDir to heartbeatMonitor via server options
- Add getRootDir() to HeartbeatMonitor for scope comparison

9fa8f5f223 feat(FN-801): show hidden files in workspace file listings 
- Remove dotfile filtering from file-service so hidden files appear in workspace browser
- Update FileBrowserModal and TaskDetailModal UI to display hidden file entries
- Add UI/hook tests for hidden file entries in FileBrowserModal and useWorkspaceFileBrowser
- Add file-service unit tests for listing, reading, and filtering hidden files
- Update dashboard styles for hidden file display
- Document Files feature section in README

5647e500cf feat(KB-332): rename task prefix from KB to FN and branches from kb/ to fusion/ 
- Change default task prefix from KB to FN across all packages

- Rename branch naming pattern from kb/{id} to fusion/{id}

- Update all test assertions and fixtures to use new prefixes

- Add changeset for the breaking change

- Resolve merge conflicts in TaskCard.test.tsx touch gesture tests
