Stale SWR hydration entries (per-chat-session/per-room message caches up to
500KB each) were never garbage-collected — readCache returned null for stale
entries but left the bytes on disk, and nothing swept abandoned caches. This
caused localStorage quota exhaustion for users with many projects and chat
sessions.
Three fixes:
- readCache now lazily deletes stale entries (behavior-preserving; every
reader already treats stale as a miss and re-fetches)
- Boot sweep pruneStaleCacheEntries() in DashboardLoader removes any
kb-dashboard-* entry older than 24h before hydration hooks read caches
- Settings > General "Browser Data" panel with a Clear local data button
that wipes all Fusion-owned browser data while preserving the auth token
Also completes the vitest localStorage mock (was missing length/key).
- Floating modals (FloatingWindow, right-dock pop-out, terminal, New Task) now share one z-index stack (floatingWindowStack) — tapping any one raises it above all others regardless of type. Floating overlays reset to z-index:auto so panels interleave in the shared 4000+ band.
- TaskChatTab tests: the test i18n now resolves the entryCount/toolCallCount plural forms (production already had them) so '2 entries'/'7 tool calls' render; fixed stale 'Tool call → result/error' casing to match the rendered 'Result'/'Error'. All 179 pass.

Components now call useTranslation(); without an initialized instance,
react-i18next's fallback returns inline defaults WITHOUT interpolation
(literal {{count}} in output) and t identity flips once init completes,
double-firing effects that list t in deps. Awaiting a backend-less en
init (all namespaces pre-loaded, useSuspense off) keeps t(key, default,
options) interpolating and identity-stable from the first render.
Cleared ~770 of the 1,051 dashboard test failures; the remainder were
triaged against a clean origin/main worktree baseline: 253 fail
identically there (local-env fake-timer waitFor hangs; CI passes them)
and 23 sweep-caused regressions are being fixed in the round-2 pass.

Migration (multi-agent sweep over 216 files, 60 batches):
- Every user-visible dashboard + TUI string moved to t() with the exact
English inline default (en rendering byte-identical)
- Catalogs merged from per-batch fragments: en/zh-CN/zh-TW/fr/es now
carry ~5,930 keys each across common/app/errors/cli namespaces;
CLI bundles regenerated (6 locales incl. ko)
Integration fixes:
- 18 type errors: reserved {{count}} interpolations renamed, malformed
plural call, hand-rolled t-param types replaced with TFunction<"app">
- 23 lint errors: superseded label constants/helpers removed
- ExecutorStatusBar hook-order violation (keyboard-open early return
moved below hooks)
- TUI tests wrapped in I18nextProvider (uninitialized fallback renders
literal {{placeholders}}); dashboard vitest.setup boots a minimal en
i18next instance for the same reason
Known WIP (next commits): ~457 residual strings across 50 batches,
Korean drafts for swept keys, and a dashboard test-suite pass that is
still being stabilized (~283 failures under investigation — fake-timer
waitFor interaction, likely stale node_modules vs merged lockfile).

Adds two new integration/end-to-end test suites for the review-tab create-PR flow (FN-5169) alongside targeted test fixes and a small CSS fix to anchor the TaskCard footer chip cluster. Minor updates to agents-view mobile tests and token stats panel coverage also included.

GET /api/tasks was returning ~69 MB of JSON per call (67.9 MB of agent
logs across 1199 tasks), causing the dashboard to hang for 2+ minutes.
- core: extend listTasks() with slim and includeArchived options
- dashboard: GET /api/tasks now uses slim mode and excludes archived
by default; ?includeArchived=1 opts in
- frontend: lazy-load archived tasks when the archived column is first
expanded via new useTasks.loadArchivedTasks()
- engine: self-healing maintenance now auto-archives done tasks older
than 48h (data stays in SQLite, column flips done -> archived)
- tests: slim mode + includeArchived coverage in store.test.ts;
routes.test.ts assertion updated for new args
Also bundles in-progress test-setup noise filters and pre-existing
QuickEntryBox/routes test work that was already modified locally.
