check:changesets`, and the bounded `pnpm test` lane all green locally
(the three `test:pg-gate` files fail locally only for lack of a Postgres
instance; they fail identically on clean `main`).

Apply the inline orange logo, software-factory framing, the
'See it in action' showcase (Command Center, workflows, agent chat,
chat rooms, agent mail), moved Quick start, and removed stat table to
all five locale READMEs, translating the new copy. Image paths and
section order match the English README exactly.
