Enforces memory write contracts for triage and planning agents, adding tests in both `project-memory.test.ts` and `triage.test.ts` to guard the contract boundaries established in `project-memory.ts`.

- Clarify task memory scope behavior across core types, project memory logic, engine tool prompts, and related docs
- Add regression coverage for memory scope and runtime plugin alias handling in core/dashboard/engine tests
- Add agent avatar API routes and dashboard UI support for avatar display and storage documentation
- Add line-number gutter toggle support in FileEditor and Files modal with accompanying component tests
- Include changeset for @runfusion/fusion documenting memory scope guidance update
Fusion-Task-Id: FN-3485
Merged FN-3207 and FN-3242: streamlined the memory backend by removing the runtime side-load pattern in `project-memory.ts` (simplified from 25+ lines), added regression tests across core, engine, and CLI bundle to catch the import issue at build time, and updated ChatView with a CSS fix for file me
Fusion-Task-Id: FN-3207
- Update Fusion skill docs, prompts, and capability references to use public fn_* tool names consistently
- Align engine system prompts and tool schemas for messaging/task actions with fn_send_message, fn_read_messages, fn_task_* naming
- Refresh related tests across CLI, engine, dashboard, and core to match normalized tool naming and behavior
- Add a patch changeset for @runfusion/fusion describing the skill-tool namespace normalization
Drops orphaned imports and the never-referenced V4 migration SQL constant
(V4 was inlined into runMigrations). Also drops the unused TypedEventEmitter
helper type and unused destructured values from stores.

- Run memory-layer bootstrap before backend exists checks so legacy migrations seed canonical files during upgrades
- Preserve first-run MEMORY.md scaffold creation when long-term memory was created from the default migration scaffold
- Remove legacy direct file-exists fallback from backend ensure flow and rely on backend canonical paths
- Add tests for canonical read precedence in file/qmd backends and migration-preserving project-memory bootstrap
- Update memory docs and contracts to reference canonical .fusion/memory files while treating the legacy top-level memory file as compatibility-only
