Keep the mobile dashboard pinned while offscreen auto-merge controls are toggled.

- Reset document horizontal scroll during mobile board stabilization and immediately after auto-merge toggles.
- Cover portrait and landscape mobile scroll realignment in the auto-merge integration test.
- Document the real-browser blank-dashboard root cause and add a patch changeset.

- Gate short-height mobile detection on phone-class physical screen size.

- Cover tablet keyboard and landscape phone viewport behavior with regression tests and document the UI bug pattern.
- Preserve quarantine exclusions while resolving the squash merge conflict.

c4ecf371da docs: capture IACVT frozen-animation learning; document duration tokens 
Add docs/solutions/ui-bugs/ learning for the silent animation freeze caused
by transition tokens (duration+easing pairs) used as bare durations, and
update dashboard-guide.md design-token and pitfalls sections to cover the
new --duration-* tokens and the IACVT gotcha.

9de0c5cc8b fix(dashboard): apply SWR identity-churn highlight fix to QuickChatFAB + document the learning 
The ce-compound simplicity review of the new solution doc surfaced that
QuickChatFAB.tsx carried the same identity-keyed highlight-reset effect
fixed in ChatView (87d044f18) — per FN-5893, the invariant now holds on
both surfaces.

- QuickChatFAB: reset keyed on joined skill ids, not array identity
- docs/solutions/ui-bugs/skill-autocomplete-highlight-reset-on-swr-
  revalidation.md: full root-cause learning (symptoms, three failed
  stabilization passes, fix, reusable identity-churn regression-test
  pattern, working grep heuristic)
