d3e1c28cef fix(plugins): re-export probe symbols + declare plugin deps in dashboard
- Hermes / OpenClaw plugin index.ts now re-export `probeHermesBinary` /
`probeOpenClawBinary` and their status types so the dashboard's
`runtime-provider-probes.ts` façade can import them via the public
package entry instead of deep paths.
- Dashboard `package.json` adds `@fusion-plugin-examples/hermes-runtime`,
`…/openclaw-runtime`, `…/paperclip-runtime` as workspace deps so
pnpm symlinks them into `packages/dashboard/node_modules/`. Without
these, the new probe imports failed with "Cannot find module" during
  `pnpm typecheck`.

This clears 6 of the 9 outstanding typecheck errors. The remaining 3 are
in the in-flight Hermes plugin rewrite (runtime-adapter still imports
from a deleted `./pi-module.js`; the new `index.ts` calls a factory
with the wrong arg type) and should be resolved by the same change set
that landed the rewrite.

bb340206bf feat(dashboard): add Cerebras / Groq / Vercel icons + cover all pi-ai catalog providers
Audited the pi-ai built-in model catalog provider IDs against the
ProviderIcon registry and filled every remaining gap.

New icons:
  --provider-cerebras (#f1592a) → CerebrasIcon (concentric arcs)
  --provider-groq (#f55036) → GroqIcon (lightning bolt)
--provider-vercel (text) → VercelIcon (triangle wordmark)

New aliases routed to existing icons:
  minimax-cn → MiniMaxIcon
  azure-openai-responses → AzureIcon
  google-gemini-cli → GeminiIcon
  google-generative-ai → GeminiIcon
  opencode-go → OpencodeIcon
  vercel-ai-gateway → VercelIcon

After this commit every provider id emitted by `@mariozechner/pi-ai`'s
register-builtins (anthropic, openai, openai-codex, google,
google-vertex, google-gemini-cli, google-antigravity,
amazon-bedrock, mistral, openrouter, fireworks, cerebras, groq,
huggingface, kimi-coding, minimax, minimax-cn, zai, xai, opencode,
opencode-go, github-copilot, azure-openai-responses,
vercel-ai-gateway) plus the user-curated set (qwen, lm-studio,
hugging-face, alibaba/tongyi, hf, lmstudio…) renders a brand icon
instead of falling back to the generic Cpu glyph.

13b502497c feat(dashboard): add Qwen, LM Studio, Hugging Face, Mistral, Azure, Fireworks logos + Gemini aliases
Adds six new provider icons rendered as inline SVG, each backed by a new
brand token in styles.css:
  --provider-qwen (Qwen / Tongyi)
  --provider-lmstudio (LM Studio)
  --provider-huggingface (Hugging Face)
  --provider-mistral (Mistral AI)
--provider-azure (Microsoft Azure / Azure OpenAI)
  --provider-fireworks (Fireworks AI)

Aliases registered:
  qwen / qwen-coder / alibaba / tongyi
  lmstudio / lm-studio
  huggingface / hugging-face / hf
  mistral / mistral-ai
  azure / azure-openai
  fireworks / fireworks-ai

Also extends the Gemini icon to cover every Google-product alias the
catalog throws at it: google-vertex, vertex, google-cloud-code,
cloud-code, antigravity (in addition to the existing google,
gemini, google-antigravity).

Tests cover each new mapping (and confirm the Gemini alias group all
resolves to the gemini icon with --provider-gemini color).

b3b0ce7cb0 feat(dashboard): UI polish pass — resizable modals, themed scrollbars, settings overhaul
Modal resize + size persistence
- Extract `useModalResizePersist` hook (ResizeObserver + localStorage),
apply to Files, Git Manager, GitHub Import, Workflow Steps, Automations
(ScheduledTasks), and Settings modals. Each gets `resize: both`, sane
min/max constraints, and a unique storage key.
- Bump default heights so the modals feel less cramped (Git: 92vh,
  Workflow/Automation: 80vh, Settings: 80vh / 1100px).

Scrollbar theme
- Add a global `*::-webkit-scrollbar*` + `scrollbar-color` rule in
styles.css so chat, document, system stats, file browser, usage
indicator, etc. inherit the theme. Existing per-component overrides
(.board, .column-body, .settings-sidebar, planning modal) still win.

Document view
- Collapse "Show hidden" toggle and search input onto the same row as
the Project Files / Task Documents segmented control. Stack again
  below 768px.

Mailbox / Todos
- Match Todos header treatment to the Mailbox header (typography,
  padding, border).
- Add top spacing above Mailbox Inbox/Outbox/Agents tab bar so the
  vertical gaps balance.

Settings
- Wider, resizable, persisted Settings modal.
- Project Models description and Authentication panel get proper
  horizontal padding.
- Reorder project sidebar so "General" is first.
- Plugins page: clean margins, integrate refresh button, exclude
bundled runtimes from the "Installed Plugins" list (they were
appearing twice — once erroring, once in their own section).
- New "Updates" panel with auto-check toggle + "Check now" button
(frequency control noted as needing a backend schema field).

Background sessions
- Fix stale "AI N" / planning-icon badge: `handleDeleted` in
`useBackgroundSessions` now writes a tombstone, advances the
timestamp guard, and broadcasts completion so the cross-tab
sync store stops resurrecting the deleted session on the next
  merge tick. Added regression test.
- Re-fetch list on SSE reconnect so terminal events fired during a
network blip don't get permanently lost.

System stats
- Refresh button uses correct single class (was getting both `btn`
and `btn-icon`, which conflicted on padding/border).

fce1755d2b fix(dashboard): reserve iOS PWA status-bar inset on mobile modal headers
The black-translucent status bar overlays the page in iOS standalone PWAs,
clipping close buttons in full-screen mobile modals and the QuickChatFAB
panel. Add `padding-top: env(safe-area-inset-top, …)` so headers render
below the status bar.

e543dabe91 fix(dashboard): drop the border around the footer folder toggle
The status-bar folder-toggle button had a 1px border + radius that made it
look like a chip. Per request, render it as a bare icon — transparent
background, no border. Hover now only shifts the icon color, the active
state drops to color only, and focus-visible still draws a focus ring with
border-radius applied so it remains a clean halo.

84fb696c86 refactor(dashboard): extract Settings, Memory, Auth, and Model Presets from styles.css
Sweep 3 of the styles.css split. Five settings-related blocks moved out of
the monolith into a single co-located SettingsModal.css. styles.css 3304 →
2509 (–795 lines).

Blocks moved:
- /* === Settings Layout === */          (194 lines)
- /* === Notifications Settings === */    (28 lines)
- /* === Memory Settings === */           (112 lines)
- /* === Auth Provider Cards === */ +
  /* === Provider Connection Status === */ (165 lines combined)
- /* === Settings: Model Presets === */   (93 lines)
- Settings lane badges + descriptions (~27 lines)

Mobile @media rules whose selectors matched the moved blocks were also
migrated into SettingsModal.css's mobile block.

Kept global with documented reasons:
- .auth-status-badge (and color modifiers) — consumed outside settings by
  ModelOnboardingModal and ClaudeCliProviderCard.
- .settings-empty-state, .settings-muted, .settings-loading — broad reuse
  across BackendConnectionErrorPage, PluginManager, MemoryView etc.

Cross-component imports added: MemoryView.tsx and ModelOnboardingModal.tsx
now import SettingsModal.css to reach memory-* / auth-provider-card classes
they consume.

Test: settings-mobile.test.tsx had two assertions that incorrectly matched
literal pixel values; updated to the actual var(--space-*) token values
present in the rules. Verified live in browser (settings + memory tabs
render cleanly).

styles.css total reduction across the three sweeps: 4551 → 2509 (–45%).

07ad203f29 refactor(dashboard): extract Cards, Card editing, and InlineCreateCard from styles.css
Sweep 2 of the styles.css split. Three card-related blocks moved out of the
monolith into co-located component CSS files. styles.css 4488 → 3304
(–1184 lines).

- /* === Cards === */ (583 lines) → new TaskCard.css
- /* === Card Inline Editing === */ (266 lines) → appended to TaskCard.css
- /* === Inline Create Card === */ (342 lines) → new InlineCreateCard.css

Mobile rules for the moved selectors that previously sat in the global mobile
@media block also followed to their respective component CSS files.

Kept global: .dep-dropdown* (4 consumers — InlineCreateCard, NewTaskModal,
TaskDetailModal, TaskForm). Moving without adding imports to the other 3
consumers would silently break their styling.

CSS imports added at TaskCard.tsx:1 and InlineCreateCard.tsx:1. Verified by
visual smoke test against the live dev server (board view + cards render
correctly).

6a6ba048c6 refactor(dashboard): extract component-specific mobile rules from styles.css
Sweep 1 of the styles.css split. Rules where the desktop counterpart already
lived in a component CSS file have been moved out of the global mobile @media
block in styles.css and appended to the matching component file's mobile
block. styles.css 4551 → 4488.

Affected components: Header, AgentsView, DocumentsView, ListView, QuickChatFAB,
QuickEntryBox, ScriptsModal, TaskDetailModal, TerminalModal, WorkflowResultsTab.

Truly global mobile rules (input font-size for iOS auto-zoom, html/body
overflow, root safe-area padding, base .btn touch targets, bare element
selectors) intentionally stay in styles.css. The remaining bulk of the mobile
block (settings, auth, board/card, inline-create) cannot move yet because
their desktop rules are still in styles.css — those will fall out as part of
the cards and settings extraction sweeps.

1fba5ea60a fix(dashboard): mobile chat New Chat button placement + merged fn-2469
- ChatView mobile: hide the top sidebar header's "New Chat" button on
<=768px and show the existing footer button as a pinned full-width
action with safe-area padding. Both buttons existed in JSX; only
  CSS was needed.
- styles.css: comments compose/edit textareas use var(--surface) so
they remain visible against the task detail modal's --card panel

9664f78077 fix(dashboard): chat mobile single-pane, comment-box theme, ChatView FOUC
- ChatView mobile: add @media (max-width: 768px) so the session-list
sidebar goes full-width and the thread is hidden when the sidebar
is visible (and vice-versa). The component already had the state,
back-button (ChevronLeft), and visibility toggling — only the CSS
  was missing.
- TaskComments compose/edit textareas now use var(--surface) for
background. The base .spec-editor-feedback uses var(--bg), which
in light theme resolves to #ffffff — the same as the task detail
modal's --card panel — making the comment box invisible.
- ChatView CSS is now imported eagerly from App.tsx so it bundles
into the main CSS file. Previously the lazy ChatView JS chunk
loaded its CSS via an async <link> tag, producing a brief flash
of unstyled chat UI on first render.

f11800f2c6 refactor(dashboard): split monolithic styles.css into per-component files
Split app/styles.css from ~40k lines down to ~4.5k. Created 56 co-located
component CSS files in app/components/, each imported by its owning .tsx.
The remainder of styles.css holds genuinely global rules (design tokens,
.btn/.card/.modal/.form-input primitives, cross-component @media overrides).

- Lazy-load 13 heavy views (AgentsView, RoadmapsView, NodesView, etc.) via
React.lazy + Suspense; prefetch all chunks on idle so first navigation is
instant. Initial JS bundle: 1.58 MB → 1.16 MB (-26%). Initial CSS bundle:
  635 kB → 471 kB (-26%); the rest splits into 13 per-view chunks.

- Add app/test/cssFixture.ts exposing loadAllAppCss() + loadAllAppCssBaseOnly()
so CSS regression tests load the full per-component bundle (mirroring Vite
source order). Migrate 30+ tests off direct readFileSync('../styles.css').

- Enable test.css: { include: [/.+/] } in vitest.config.ts so component CSS
imports actually inject styles in jsdom (fixes getComputedStyle assertions).

- Add ESLint rule (no-restricted-syntax) banning direct styles.css reads in
dashboard test files; points at loadAllAppCss() instead.

- Restore lost utility classes (.text-muted, .text-secondary, .text-dim,
.form-input) and rescue dropped chat tool-call rules into QuickChatFAB.css.

- Mobile fixes along the way: scroll containment for view containers
  (min-height:0 + -webkit-overflow-scrolling), QuickChatFAB full-screen on
mobile (with safe-area-inset for iOS home bar), AgentsView single-row
header layout, ActivityLogModal close button on right, model-combobox
z-index above the mobile quick-chat panel.

- Bug fix: SkillsView toggle was display:none which hid the input from the
accessibility tree; replaced with the visually-hidden pattern so screen
readers + getByRole still find the checkbox.

- Bug fix: standalone Delete button in TaskDetailModal for triage-column
tasks (Actions dropdown is hidden in triage state, so previously no way
to delete a freshly-created task without status change first).

- Prioritize already-connected providers first, then apply deterministic family/alias sorting so Claude CLI appears near the top and provider controls remain intact
- Add onboarding-flow regression tests that verify provider ordering and preserved per-provider interactions after reordering
- Update dashboard styling to use token-based onboarding error text class and adjust related tests for resilient async and accessible section targeting
