Add interactive subtask breakdown dialog for splitting tasks before creation

When creating a task, users can now open a subtask breakdown dialog that:
- Uses AI to analyze the task and suggest 2-5 subtasks
- Allows editing subtask titles, descriptions, sizes, and dependencies
- Creates all subtasks in one action with proper dependency links
