  "summary": "Fixed the Settings screen loading issue (KB-645) which was caused by a temporal dead zone error. The `activeSectionScope` variable was being accessed in the `handleExport` callback before it was defined. Moved the variable definition before the callbacks that depend on it. Also cleaned up inline styles by adding a `.modal-actions--start` CSS class and using the `hidden` attribute instead of `display: none`. All 88 tests now pass.",
